My AOOCHI C3 pro Took 7 days to arrive with USB connector and tyre pressure monitors included . For my 2020 Tiger the USB cable wasn’t quite long enough to go from the “switched” USB socket under the seat to the unit on the handlebars I needed an extension. Could have used the socket on the yolk but it’s not “switched “. Took me about an hour to fit , finding a route for the cable took most of that time. Connected to phone easily. Was about to replace my Rider TOM TOM unit when the video appeared😃. Can’t use my iPhone quadlock and Dampener thingymebob as my tiger 900 kills the camera😵💫. So ordered one, interestingly , or not really a surprise, ZONGHENG LLC has appeared on my bank statement. Waiting for it to arrive, fingers crossed. attachment to the handlebars was slightly different from the pictures on the website although was the same as that shown on TMF video . I’ve still to try it out in real situation

Dropship out of China. Itself not an issue until there's an issue. They ask you to return it to China and then never forfil thier obligation blaming the agent in China. Just stating that they are monitoring it and blaming customs. Customs takes and average of seven days in China. Over a month and only the consignee, thier agent can do anything. They dont. Aoocci US state that they must recive the product back before they will do anything. Leaving you in limbo without a unit and cash. Beware poor service if it goes wrong. Playing the blame game with no responsibility to the customer, wont take a complaint. Stay away, customer service if it goes wrong is non existent.

Excellent service.
I recently had an issue when i believe I connected the Power Box to the wrong power source (12v external socket) and it burnt out!
I contacted Aoocci Support and they sent me a replacement with no quibble.
I then introduced a Fuzebloc and a switched live from the rear light and all worked well.
Customer Support was excellent.
I had a terrible experience with Aoocci. I received a defective product, and from that point on everything went downhill. They have no clear or fair return policy, and instead of taking responsibility, they forced me to pay €70 out of my own pocket to ship the item back to China. That alone is unacceptable.
What’s even worse is that it has now been 3 months and I still haven’t received my refund. Their customer service is absolutely disgraceful — they barely respond to emails, and when they do, it’s vague and unhelpful. They put the entire burden on the customer for an issue that was completely their fault.
This company makes you go through a long, frustrating process with zero accountability on their side. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise others to avoid them.

Watched a lot of reviews and decided that this device with the BMW direct fit and the Dashcams at the price quoted was the best deal. The only mention on reviews is brightness of the unit, however having used it for a couple of months I've really not had any issues with that so don't worry. Oh and it does not hide the display on the GS1300 which is something else other worry about and mines the BM7 7 inch jobby (Big and worth the extra few quid).
Fitting wise, the cameras on a GS1300 were very easy to fit with the sticky pads, one under the "Beak" and one under the rear just above the radar, plenty of cable and routing it was easy (Use a long thin stick to get it to the rear of the bike, I used a golf alignment stick!) but took me less than 15 mins to install. Camera quality is very good 1080P and placed where I have, are steady on playback. Unit is easy to use, works with gloves and has a rear mirror function also. Carplay is slick and non stuttery and goes over wifi rather than bluetooth which frees up things such as intercoms and the bike itself (Clever). Directions etc are played to my Fodsport bluetooth unit no problem.
Of course support is also important and if you read facebook it would seem slow and no good, however I had an issue with the shipped firmware (No MPH switch) and support (Nikki who seems to be mentioned on here a bit!) has picked it up and resolved in hours, with a firmware file sent direct. Amazing!
This unit is a no brainer really, you can pay a lot more for the same features.
I am not sponsored, paid full price and am usually sound of mind.
Get one. They are truly worth the cash.

What a great piece of equipment for a bike
Only had one slight issue with a tpms sender but it was sorted out very quickly thanks to Rita at customer service.

I’m always a bit unsure to by goods from overseas but based on the what I had seen on reviews of Aoocci I ordered a C9 pro. Delivery was delayed a little but no big thing. The unit is easy to set up and works as it should. I had a problem with a faulty usb cable and Aoocci sent a replacement very quickly, I also couldn’t get the unit to pair with my iPhone to view the video but again a quick message to Aoocci and a quick reply from Rita sorted this. Just wish I had read the full specifications as the C9 doesn’t have gps. All in all a great company who value their customers and if there are issues it’s quickly sorted. I connected the rear radar to HealTech ThunderBox for a switched power supply. Good cable management is a must as all of them are extra lengthy. Follow the instruction to update the unit for it to function properly.
