UPDATE - It is now over 6 weeks and I still haven't received it back. I missed out using it on my annual bike tour. I really regret buying a cheap low quality product. One day I will learn to stop buying rubbish from China and just buy the quality version in the first place. The old adage applies - buy cheap, buy twice.
ORIGINAL - I purchased a C6 Pro for my motorbike and have been using it for around 7 months. Riding one day the unit just powered off.
I had to send it back to China for repair at my own cost as Aoocii wouldn't pay for the postage. They have now had the device for over two weeks, I've chased them a couple of times but they just reply to say they are busy.
Totally unacceptable on a device that is only 7 months old. I was going to but a C5 but I'll buy a Chigee device instead now. I think the old saying 'buy cheap, buy twice' applies here.

really happy with my c6 pro . excellent value for money. Set up is easy, it just takes a little while to get all the cables routed and to get the unit mounted. I ended up purchasing a 3d printed quadlock type adaptor plate for mine which means I am able to remove it if I am leaving my bike somewhere for any amount of time.
I recently used it to navigate from the UK to Bremen in Germany and it worked seamlessly. Paired with my cardo headset it is the perfect combo.
I have had the unit just over a month and have just noticed that the rear camera has stopped working. I contacted customer services and had a reply in less than 24hrs with a few suggestions for fault finding to eliminate the cause of the failure. With this done and another message to customer service a new camera has been sent out along with an extra extension cable that I requested again within less than 24hrs. Nikki and estella offer superb customer service and are a pleasure to deal with.

Due to a bad experience with a device from Car..., I switched to an AOOCCI C6 Pro. This device is better made and has more features, including a camera, GPS and TMP. The screen is much brighter and the mount is made of high-quality aluminium.
I received the device after about 20 days.
It was easy to connect and set up.
I had a few questions during setup that I couldn't find answers to in the manual.
Coco answered our support questions immediately and in detail. She did so in a very friendly and professional manner, which is rare these days.
I hope this remains the case and wish Coco and AOOCCI every success with their current and new devices.

I just purchased and installed the AOOCCI BX with BSD on my scooter. So far it has exceeded all my standards! Accurate TPMS, clear cameras, blind spot detection, seamless transition between maps (android auto) and camera as needed, GPS.
The screen is very bright and crisp and the touch response is very decent. This is really competitive compared to the more expensive Chigee units.
I would also like to commend Estella for always accomodating my inquiries and requests. She gave me a very good impression of this company (AOOCCI) and how they handle customer service and after sales which is top notch based on my experience.
5/5! 👌 Will definitely recommend to others!

My father purchased an Aoocci C6 Pro for my motorcycle as he was impressed with the quality of his previous purchase.
Up on arrival we noticed everything was working as expected but the power cable to the battery was faulty.
When this fault was reported to Aoocci, Coco immediately dispatched a replacement. I cannot fault the level of customer experience. Coco has been extremely helpful in resolving our issue.

What a brilliant bit of kit this is, I love it. I must just make a special mention of Coco, I have over the last few weeks been in contact with Coco, and I've got to say she's been really helpful every time I've contacted Aocci. As for the C6 Pro, well it really is a brilliant bit of kit, and at the price they want for it, it's a no brainer really. People knock Chinese goods, but they're making good gear, and their motorbikes are moving in the right direction too. Good value for money. Not everyone can afford a top of the range BMW, or Triumph.

From order to delivery 7days can’t fault it. Installation did take time but worth it to hide cables once fitted only problem was with the TPMS but was quickly sorted by Estella who kept intouch with emails. If you want a CarPlay unit I recommend this one for the price of less than quad lock mounts I don’t think you will be disappointed. Well done Aoocci

I bought a new Android display last week and installed it on my bike. I am very happy that I bought it and riding with the display is really a good and exciting experience. The video quality is good and so is the aesthetics of the product.
I had a few doubts concerning operation of the Display and wrote a mail to customer support. I was delighted with the response from Nikki of Customer support. The detailed and explicit trouble shooting tips helped me clear my doubts and now I am able to operate the product effortlessly.
I will not hesitate to recommend this product to my friends and acquaintances. Great product and great Customer support!!

Before I dive into the detail, I would like to thank Coco for the support and instructions throughout the support process! It took some back and forth but most of all, I appreciate the fact that the support continued even when we discovered the fault was clearly linked to my phone and not the Aoocci unit. Other devices could connect and open Android Auto and I thought at this point, the support would stop but we continued to diagnose the problem until the it was resolved!
Upon receiving my Aoocci C6 Pro, we tested the unit would power up independently but we didn't test the connectivity. After installation, we found the Bluetooth connection would connect, drop out, then reconnect and Android Auto wouldn't boot up.
I then contacted Aoocci Support and begun communicating with Coco.
I was advised to try a different phone which connected and started Android Auto as expected. The issue was clearly with my device and not the unit.
Coco then sent a number of communications with possible fixes. We worked through the options until...... my phone connected! Android Auto started and the problem was resolved!
I've since tested the unit a number of times, reconnected all my previous devices and all is well!
Great support and I would definitely recommend the Aoocci C6 pro!
