I had a problem with updating the firmware my Aoocci C6 Pro. I contacted Aoocci customer services via e-mail. Their customer service advisor "Coco" responded in good time, then sent me the Phoenixcard software, the firmware and instructions. Great customer service from Coco and Aoocci.

I had a problem with the power lead on my Aoocci C3. I contacted Aoocci customer services and spoke with their customer service advisor "Coco" who arranged a replacement almost immediately which I received within a week. The power lead even had an upgraded fuse holder. Great customer service from Coco and Aoocci.

I’m happy to have this product but really very much happy with costumer service , my heart full thanks to “Nikki”.

My product was shipped immediately, and while it did get stuck in customs for several days communications were excellent. Nikki kept me updated until it cleared customs and was delivered. And then she followed up after delivery to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I saw some good reviews about the C6 Pro and being a new older rider I wanted to have a dash cam whilst I learned to ride and get ready for my test.
It arrived within a week of ordering.
Product was better than expected and had everything I needed to fit it to my Voge R125
Only problem I seemed to have was it appeared not to be recording. I checked the internet for why it was flashing yellow instead of red whilst recording.
A quick support email response from Nikki pointed me in the right direction with the yellow dot meaning it was a locked file and to view footage I had to select the locked icon.
So far impressed with the unit, just want to know if it will get updates in the future and how.
Also the supplied 64GB card is only suitable for around 30mins of recording, so had to get a 256GB card.

I tried to purchase a CarPlay system for my motorcycle and they canceled my order saying I was flagged as a fraud risk
Very strange as I paid in full through PayPal and I’m a 53 year old man who just enjoys riding bikes when I emailed them to find out why all they emailed back was I was flagged as a fraud risk Very strange as they had my money so I don’t know how I would be a risk and no explanation on how to fix this and now they don’t respond to my emails so if they can’t even sell a product correctly I’m sure they can’t build one
I feel insulted and I’m disgusted with aoocci

Paid a lot of money for the unit
I received a notification that the item had been delivered over 2 hrs afterwards it was dumped on my door step buy the delivery company Yodel Northampton
I contacted Aoocci over this they said someone must of taken the item Yodel have said it was delivered to my address yet its not been received contacted the police over it got given a crime no gave that to Yodel still not helping got back on the the Aoocci they told me was going to resend order then next day said they want me to pay for the replacement told the no still trying to get out of it now got paypal involved with this if your thing of buying any thing from.this company I would take your business some wear esle they could not care less for you the customer I will be taken what ever it takes to get what I paid for or a full refound how gay you treat customers like this Aoocci need to make a claim against yodel but can't be bothered to do so I've never received this item its down to Aoocci to sourt this out and refund me my money that's the law or a replacement thanks I also have all emails sent to you and I have all emails from you stating you was sending me a replacement unit then next day saying you want me to pay half etc your a disgusting behaviour and your email saying I'm to pay half no don't think so some how thanks I now want a full refound done now

I am happy with the item. I ended up buying two fitting kits because it wasn't clear that it came with everything needed. However I was really impressed with the customer service, initially I ordered a part for another model and Coco cancelled that order for me and then the device arrived missing two tiny but essential screws and Coco posted them to me, no hassle at all.
I could not see the memory card in the box and contacted support they were very quick in their response and even directed me to find the memory card, not just with words but with images as well. first thumbs up

I can't fault the support from Nikki, from the initial first time I raised a query, the support have been very keen to assist and helpful.
I did have some issues at first with the order (delays), but they were very polite and understood my concerns and effective in resolving them.
Once I received the C3 device, the support has been very positive.

Bought C6 Pro after seeing the reviews. It's better than expected and after Coco, one of the team helped me and answered all my questions, I couldn't praise the service any higher. Superb bit of kit with outstanding customer service from Coco. Highly recommend if you're after gps/carplay/tpms and dash cameras, it's fantastic
