No furniture or refund delivered...be careful
We ordered an outside furniture set on 21st of June and it was supposed to come on the 3rd of July. It didn't and the tracking reference kept saying it was in transit, which is fine, you always expect some delay. We waited a few weeks after the delivery date and requested a refund so we could order furniture from elsewhere since we needed it before our parents arrived. I could see it had been returned to the warehouse and asked why no refund had been provided but they said we they needed proof from the warehouse. I waited another few weeks and asked for the refund and they said I had to be patient. We are now end of August and we can't buy new furniture unless we get the refund. It's the worst customer service and online company I've ever dealt with. Just be very careful. It's low prices for a reason....
