Il cliente non ci ha mai contatto nè telefonicamente nè via mail per spiegarci il problema riscontrato, a seguito di un nostro contatto tramite posta elettronica si è negato nel momento in cui abbiamo proposto il ritiro e il rimborso.
Nel caso in cui cambiasse idea restiamo sempre a disposizione per trovare una soluzione.
