I'm filing with AO Tax for the 3rd year in continuous. They are really good and this year Chandra Kiran helped me in filing; he is very kind and really good to work with.

Overall experience is good, but the agent Sumanth really helped me to understand and worked with back end team to get the document quickly. I strongly recommend Sumanth as agent from AOTAX..

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Chandrakiran. This tax season had me stressed out, and I walked in expecting the usual confusion and back‑and‑forth. Instead, I ended up working with someone who was calm, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process.
