Our host Luca was very friendly. The apartment was nice and clean, equipped with everything one would need - also with things that one doesn't get very often (like washing machine, clothing iron, microwave + normal oven, free wi-fi - and even a stash of coffee, tea, assortment of condiments, cooking oil, washing detergents, a pair of umbrellas etc.) The garden around the pools and the inner courtyard are also well cared for. (Unlike the rest of the town Costa del Silencio, which is unfortunately quite shabby.)

The only downside was that the large outdoors pool on the premises was closed (we were told it was being repaired) and the smaller pool that was supposed to be heated, wasn't (and was thus very cold). Unfortunately, the ocean is also quite inaccessible at this location, so we had to drive in another town for swimming.

We are very glad that have chosen Lucas apartment. The apartment was very clean and fully acomplished, we've had everything what we need, There was enough space with 2 small children. The area is very calm, so its perfect for families. Luca was very friendly and nice person too!

Three times we have stayed at Luca´s place, and hope to stay here another time. Always clean with a comfortable bed and a nicely ecupped kitchen. Luca himself is a very reliable person.

Lovely holiday, great flat! Fully equipped, but really fully. All you can immagine is there! Well done Luca! You are a great host. Good location also to walk to Las Galles and supermarkets very close. I’m not crazy about swimming and swimming pool, but I have to admit that I had some good time also there. Strongly suggested!

I have stayed in Lucas apartments for the last four years. They are in ideal positions for beach, pool, supermarket, restaurants and bars. They are extremely clean and fitted out to a high standard. Luca is a very caring, professional and helpful host, nothing is too much to ask of Luca. Book early to avoid disappointment. You will have a stress free vacation.
