We chose a pillow top mattress but was delivered a cheap plain one. We also ordered a sofa and bed base that colaplsed within 6 months. We went in to choose what we wanted bit it wasn't what we received.... never again!
I have used them a couple of times now. They are always super fast at replying and my clients are happy.

The apartment was clean and the facilities were relatively new and simple. The service was super. We would like to stay here again if we would come to visit UK next time.
