Disgusting customer service skills

Like many other reviews about APC I would give 0 stars if possible.

Any company deciding on whether or not to use APC as a delivery method for your parcels PLEASE RECONSIDER. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely disgusting customer service skills. The experience I have received from having to contact APC's customer service team has made me change my mind on using the company I was receiving a delivery from which is really sad as it is not the companies fault.

If your order goes missing or in this case dumped any where without your notice, they do not care you will have to call and e-mail several time to chase them up about it and you will NOT be receiving your parcel or any help regarding it.

Unprofessional delivery team and customer service, horrible people and horrible experience!!!

No stars if I could

No stars if I could. Yet again very poor service. They couldn't find our address. Did they contact me, no! They just sent the item back to sender. It was a Christmas gift ordered in November to be sure of arrival!

Our other previous encounter was when they left a parcel at an address half a mile away. Sent us a photo of where they had delivered it to. We had to track it down. Will never order from a company that uses this delivery company ever again.

Lucky to even get 1 star

Lucky to even get 1 star! Shocking service, losing items countless times. Wish Artists wouldn’t ship their merch with this company, waste of space! No updates for weeks on end.. item never turns up. Currently waiting for a vinyl to be delivered US to UK, 5 weeks since it was supposedly ‘shipped’. Avoid these cowboys at all costs!

Horrendous and no one replies to emails

My parcel was sent for international delivery around 16 August, at which stage they said they had no more tracking info. I kept trying to follow up, and eventually found that my parcel had been returned to the warehouse in the states on October 27, but they claim it is not my parcel. Even though APC said they cannot track my parcel in it's destination country, after spending A LOT of time I managed to finally do it myself using the USPS number only to find that the parcel arrived here and WAS sent back. The reason- they did not write my phone number on the parcel and my local post office couldn't phone me for collection. No one is responding to my emails about this anymore either....

APC is joke...

The company was unable to deliver my package for 1 week as I work until 3pm daily. Every day for a week I have been calling asking to come after 3pm. In response, I hear "ok". The shipment cannot be delivered to a neighbor. This company is a joke. I have already applied for a refund from the sender. The depot is closed and no one is answering the emials

Covid isn't an excuse at this point.

Over a month and a half and it hasn't even reached my country. Pretty weak to be generous. usa to aus

Edit: I sent an email to the company two days ago with no response. The order was on the 4th of September and still nothing.

They don't reply to their customers

They don't reply to their customer service inquiries. I've been waiting two and a half months for a package, which hasn't moved in over a month. I get covid delays but the least they can do is reply with a confirmation that it hasn't gotten lost.

My parcel is still sitting with them

My parcel is still sitting with them. It has been a month since it has been shipped. I understand coronavirus has delays but this bad? I’ve bought things overseas and they have all arrived within the specified time frame. The last update from them still says it’s estimated arrival is in September. So I don’t even get updates on what mad happening with my parcel. By the looks of things it’s still sitting in the same place they received the parcel. I hope all business avoid using APC. This is my first experience with them and hopefully my last!

Worst courier I've ever come across

Have been waiting Months for my package. Was ordered in July, and shipped end of July and has been sitting in Perth for 5 weeks with no tracking update. Have contacted their customer service 4 times and heard nothing. Same for another parcel I ordered, contacted them many times no reply and package arrived 9 weeks after ordering. Absolutely useless company. I don't know why merch store even bother to use this crap.

My parcel arived on time

My parcel arived on time, (12 buisness days, they said 7-15 from USA to Romania). I panicked when i saw the status not changing for 5 days (it said Frankfurt - in tranzit) and then i read all this bad reviews, so i contacted their customer service by email. They were nice, answered me in like 5 hours, gave me the new tracking number, and after that in 2 days i had my parcel.

Terrible

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I have been using them for my ecommerce business to ship packages internationally. I get so many complaints from customers that the tracking isn’t updated for a good 3-4 weeks. When I email customer service they always tell me that they will have someone from their team check it out, they never do. I will not be using them from now on.

Just the worst

Waiting, waiting..... waiting. Package shipped from the USA 5 weeks ago (supposedly priority) destined for Melbourne. For some reason it’s now been in Perth for the last week. What tf? No answer from customer service team. avoid these guys like the plague!

APC lost my package

Ordered from the weeknd store around May 1st. After a delay it was finally shipped on May 27. No shipping updates after May 29 for almost 1 1/2 months. Contacted their (APC's) customer service and they were not helpful at all. Said my package is lost or something. Contacted the weeknd store and they offered to re-ship my order. The new order shipped on the 27th of July. Lets see if it reaches me this time.... -_-
UPDATE: Stuck at the same step as previous shipment (departed processing center). 20 days, no change.....

Worst logistics company
