It's expensive and while picking up the car machine showed me 360 euro while i pre paid 180 euro... System was wrong but likely remote contact passed me w/o any excuse or explanation

No issues with entering the Parking garage, the license plate was detected automatically. Besides that our car had no dents/scratches etc. from being parked 7 nights in there.
Very comfortable way of car identification. No card is needed, just by camera recognizing numbers. The same way geting in and going out. Very important improvement. Price is the questions of choice.... See more

some problems with entry and exit
I don't know why, but every time I use the car park something is wrong and I have to call the staff. This time I tried to insert the card with the code into the reader and a message in German popped up that I didn't understand. So I put the card in again and again and still nothing. Finally the card popped out but I didn't know if it was the correct card or if when leaving I would find out that I would have to pay for the car park again.
After contacting the staff, the man from the staff opened the gate remotely,
When leaving, the card that popped out when entering and which according to the staff was correct, also didn't work. So I had to call the staff to let me out. Luckily I didn't have to explain much, all I had to do was give my name.
It would be worth making a change so that the messages were also displayed in English

We had to try few times before the barcode was finally accepted on the entry. Similar situation while leaving the car park - ticket was finally accepted after the third attempt.

I have sent an email to the service the night before my flight once I received a notice about my flight cancellation and asked to rebook. no one answered. I sent an email again today and they answered it is too late. this is not acceptable.

Non-complicated.
Everything was straightforward from booking a parking spot on the internet to entering and leaving the multistorey car park.

Easy and fast. Choose the dates and time you need, the parking you prefer, pay online with your credit card. Then you arrive and park. Simple, fast and useful as many things should be. HIGHLY recommended

All good but there was no english or Polish information. The airport is 2h from Poznan - many of your future customers will be Polish and few speak fluent German. Therefore it was surprising not to find any parking information (on the entry ticket) in Polish or English. This survey is another example of german-only follow up ... You will not get any feedback from your polish customers this way... Thank you!
