Customer service non-existent

Unfortunately the customer service is terrible if you need to contact them about anything.
I returned an item and it was received by them on the 5th January and I haven’t received confirmation or a response to my inquiries on the status of the return.
I asked for my issue to be forwarded to a manager but that clearly was ignored.
It seems like they are trying to keep my money and the returned items.
I will have to contact my credit card company to report them.
To make it worse I am a regular customer but it obviously means nothing to them. Buyer beware!
