Great Company
Really enjoyed doing my PT course with APEC. Instructors were really helpful and professional both online and in person. Shane and Jack did a really good job at in-person workshops. I learned a lot doing this course with APEC and would definetly recommend APEC! I'll be also planning to do more courses with them in the future!

Enjoyable and very transferable.
Really enjoyed the course especially working with Dave. Ive felt some of the transferable skills such as presenting in front of groups and sitting down and getting on with work will help me in life after rugby and even life with rugby in terms of getting myself to be more comfortable in front of others.
