I honestly couldn’t be happier
I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment he arrived, he was so sweet, friendly, and genuinely approachable it immediately put me at ease. He took the time to talk everything through with me, explained how the Ring door camera works in a way that actually made sense, and answered every single question I had without rushing me or making me feel silly.
The installation itself was done quickly, neatly, and professionally, and he made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. What really stood out to me was how patient and helpful he was, he didn’t just fit the camera and go, he made sure I was fully confident using it, showed me how to access the app, adjust settings, and explained all the features properly.
You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and about his customers. He was polite, respectful, and just an all-round lovely person. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines great technical skills with such a warm, friendly attitude.
I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to get a Ring door camera fitted (or any similar work). Amazing service from start to finish I can’t thank him enough! 🙌📷💙
