AA 

This company is a scam! Do not buy sneakers at ApeSociety.

Waited 6+ weeks for my order with little to no communication. After this period, they claimed the product was unavailable and I would get my order refunded. Weeks later, I still have received nothing.
After multiple follow-ups, still nothing. No product, no refund, no communication.

DO NOT BUY HERE!

I would give a zero rating for AA when they refused to assist my daughter and her two children ages 12 and 3 when her car broke down on the dual carriageway of the A30 in Devon , 10 days ago. She had to wait for her husband to rescue them. She was told it was too dangerous for them to attend but did not give her any advise as to what to do. She was terrified particularly as her younger daughter has challenging behaviour. Absolutely disgusting and I have told this story on AA facebook and loads of responses of similar experiences. Don’t have anything to do with the AA and the RAC is the same apparently.

My experience with Ape Society has been absolutely horrible.

I ordered a pair of shoes on November 27th, and the delivery took weeks. I only received my order after sending multiple emails asking where my package was.

In January, Ape Society emailed me asking for a positive review, promising €50 back from my purchase. I agreed, but to this day I have received nothing.

I have sent several emails since then and no one responds. Calling them is pointless as well because no one answers the phone.

Making promises to customers just to get positive reviews and then not keeping those promises is extremely unprofessional and misleading.

Overall, this has been a terrible experience and a very disappointing level of customer service. I will never order from this company again.

Fast shipping and thoughtfull customer service. I had some questions about sneakers and their sizing, questions were answered fast and the sneakers fit perfectly!

I had a great experience with ape society. The service was good and I received high-quality shoes. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store!

I ordered UGG shoes from Ape Society. After receiving the product, I raised concerns about its authenticity and contacted customer service with photos. They apologised and stated that the quality did not meet their standards and that they do not knowingly sell non-authentic products. They asked me to return the shoes and refunded the purchase price.

However, I had to pay €59.80 in return postage. Although the company confirmed in writing that these return shipping costs would be reimbursed, I have not received this reimbursement despite several follow-up messages. Communication has since stopped and they don't reply to my messages anymore.

While I appreciate that the purchase price was refunded and that they responded initially, the overall experience has been disappointing due to the counterfeit shoes and the unresolved postage reimbursement.
