I was very disappointed with my recent order from Ape Survival (which I haven't received). After several communications with customer service, I believe this was my last order!. I am not interested in hearing any further lies from them. I initially contacted them to find out the delay on my order, only to discover that there wasn't even a tracking number assigned (this was 10 days after placing the order). The representative apologized and said she would initiate a follow up and give me a return call the following day... Guess what? Never received a call. Called again only to be supplied with excuses without any resolution. It's sad, because my opinion of the company in my previous orders was very favorable. How difficult is it to keep your web site current with availability and follow up with your customers if issues arise? You don't seem to have any problems accepting a customers payment (even before shipping their expected products) but service afterwards appears to be extremely difficult.

I enjoy and use all three products. The tactical flashlight is always in my left pocket and always works when needed. The hat is very comfortable. The backpack, though not advertised, can easily be converted to be mounted to a plate carrier, which I have done. Not everything was perfect though. The flashlight was barely assembled to the point I thought the bezel holding the lens on was a swivel. It’s not. Make sure you tighten parts before putting in your pockets the first time or it will disassemble itself. The straps on the backpack are not exactly comfortable. But again, that is a non issue as I’ve attached it to the back of my plate carrier. The straps completely disassemble and are removable. The Velcro on the hat is chunky. When a patch is attached, it really stands out physically because of how raised it is. Would I buy them again. Absolutely. I’d put another order in for the exact same merchandise.

This is a powerful little light that has zoom capabilities which I find impressive for its size as I have not found one like this previously. The end with the bulb has three points of impact which I could see as a defensive advantage and cause a lot of damage with a strike. However, it takes one double A battery and I don't know if it needs a rechargeable for more power but the double A battery quickly loses power and it's not seeming like the best flashlight for everyday use. It's strong and durable and small and it can zoom but it kind of fizzles out before long.

Product was more than I bargained for. I was sincerely impressed with my purchase of this lure. I bought the 5-pack. One for my daughter, my son, my son’s angler friend, and one for the wife when necessary. Oh, and one for me too! We all went out and tried them immediately, and LOVED the action, and performance of the lure. I personally will be back to look at your other gear, as it is wonderful to have reliable gear to trust in!

Great price and balanced knife for defense and throwing

Love these packs. I use one all the time. We have one loaded with our hiking/first aid supplies ready to go all the time. Compact and lots of room.

I bought the black safety knife (and the same knife with an American flag decal) and I love it! The design is sleek, it was a good weight to it, it feels great in the hand, it's sharp, and it has strong, sturdy material for rough use. Overall, it's a great tool!

Charger works great slim for easy storage dual charging cord is a plus plus

I ordered the glove light and was impressed. The multiple uses are endless.

Well made, sturdy & all in all a beautifully simple design. Very fast delivery. Will absolutely order from this company again in the future.

My Evatac Rescue Knife was on backorder and took over 1 month to ship out. I would have liked to be notified early on about the delay along with status follow ups rather than me having to initialize an inquiry. My face masks arrived fairly quickly on the other hand.

I've ordered merchandise twice from this company, but will NEVER do it again. First, I ordered some carabiner knives (x3), I thought I'd give these to my young-adult children who all like hiking/camping. These were junk, but not just junk -- dangerous junk. The blades won't lock in place as designed making them unsafe.

Second, I ordered a Survival lighter from these folks-- it was never delivered. When I contacted them after 1 month, the responded (quickly) that it was back ordered. After waiting 6 weeks more, I contacted them again. They responded (quickly) now saying my order was delivered 8 weeks ago and saying I should ask the USPS.

These people reply quickly, but have no idea what us really going on.

My advise is avoid the annoyance and crappy merchandise. Buy from someone else.

These people are so f***** up. $33 in shipping for a 2 lb package that's going to take 13 days from Englewood Colorado to ny. It's gone to Utah to Nevada back to Colorado to Connecticut then to North Carolina back to Connecticut then back to North Carolina and all they can tell me is once it leaves our wharehouse we don't have any control. Well you use FedEx SmartPost you have control over that and FedEx is shipping for my zone says that a 2 lb package should cost $10.80 and they're charging me 33.00f****** dollars suck my dick. Hopefully an ambitious AG somewhere slaps these people where it hurts.

Wow ... if I was in third or fourth grade, this MIGHT be a useful bag. It's tiny, overdone with giant zippers, and not useful to anyone adult-sized. Waste of money.

I wanted to pick 0 stars but it was not an option. They will not send my order. You can not reach them. They have had to labels made. Thats my tracking. Two labels. The order has never left a warehouse if there is a warehouse which I doubt.

If you want stuff that'll actually work, go to budk.com, or to your local survival/military surplus store.

Bought a 'free' fire starter from Ape.After the 9.95 s and h fee was paid,I received it.Tried to light it several times.No luck.After calling customer service,was told that 4-5 drops of lighter fluid must be put in the match container for it to work.After doing that,I struck it several times.It finally lit up.I would be lying if I said I would depend on this to start a fire to save my life in an emergency.Buy waterproof matches and put them in a zip lock bag.Cheaper and more dependable.
