We contacted Tim late Saturday night expecting to leave a message about a car we had seen,but he answered the phone and answered everything we needed to know. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was delivered to our house on the Tuesday ( a surprise for me as my husband told me it had already been sold) The experience from start to finish was flawless and an added personal touch was Tim and his wife left a box of chocolates and a card in the glove box to add to my surprise. I couldn't recommend Tim enough and I would highly recommend to anybody who was looking to buy a car. I have spoken to him after I received the car and his after sales is just as good. He definitely goes above and beyond. Thanks Tim

We can’t recommend Apex Automotive enough. After a poor experience with another agency that deleted our old site, we were left with just a one-page holding page.

Apex turned things around instantly — within a week we had a brand-new, high-quality website. The team were professional, approachable, and clearly knew their stuff.

We’re delighted with the result and feel in safe hands with Apex.

Unfortunately it’s a negative one, I hate to leave negative reviews but unfortunately that is the only option.
The website cost me £4,800, I was told I would get around 40 pages and it would link to Google, certainly not 40 pages! I was then asked to pay another £200 to add a section on that was forgotten about.
The site on the whole is ok, some errors that have been fixed by another company but a good site overall but certainly not £5,000 worth.
This company also looked after my Google account and in a nutshell messed it up massively !
I was getting no calls via Google and costing OVER £300 a DAY I had no choice to terminate our agreement after 2/3 months as I would be bankrupt !
Very unprofessional in replying to messages that of course is when they do reply !
Plenty of other companies out there for less than half they charge.

After other pointless advertising campaigns, we were almost giving up trying, but eventually decided to try one last time and agreed to allow Apex to take over. They really do know what they are doing and the proof is there 3 months later. They have transformed our business and generating so many more leads. After what they said they could do for our business, I’m happy to say it is doing better than they even claimed it will this quickly. They are great guys too and always available to make changes and updates when you need them to. Thanks again to everyone at Apex.
