Amazing service from the Apex Sheffield branch. I had issues with rodents in loft and kitchen I called and got appointment within the next working day. He provide friendly, professional help. A very polite gentleman advised me on how to secure my bungalow so I stop getting repeat problems. He did a better job then the Sheffield council pests control team.
I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Contacted them last night ( Barnsley branch) with a problem with a wasp nest. Contacted me back almost immediately and, more importantly, promised to attend today to sort it. Spot on the time Tom came and sorted it within twenty minutes. Absolutely fantastic customer service and top drawer resolving the wasp issue. No hesitation whatsoever recommending him. First class local service.

We rang Apex to get a quote in July 2024 since we live in the peak district 10 miles outside Sheffield. We agreed a price for two visits and advice. Tony Johnson arrived at the agreed time, provided advice and set the rat traps and placed the poison. He returned two weeks later as agreed removed the traps but left poison under the floor to ensure the issue had been dealt with. We followed his advice and sealed two possible entry points. Before writing this review we waited a couple of months, we are totally happy since we now do not have a rat problem.

From start (telephone conversation) to successful elimination of rats from mine and next doors faultless service from tony.

As well as successfully finding out how they were getting in and getting rid of the rats and concreting the hole tony was really good in sympathetically addressing my fears.
Very reasonable price for an excellent service all round.

I have had a recent pest problem in my house. I used another company who I wasn't impressed with, who charged £215 and the contractor was here for 25 mins (it turned out they were just a call centre - please research and don't panic before you pay for a service)
I called Apex and the person I spoke to was polite, concise and offered really good advice, there was no "hard sell" and just a genuine interest in getting the problem sorted.
Even though I haven't actually used this company, I would have no doubt about their integrity, and know if I did need to use their service, it would be delivered professionally and they would do their best to eradicate the pest problem.

Used Apex Pest Control and they provided a great service very professional and the gentleman that came was very knowledgeable and after an inspection he started to remove our very large wasps nest.
I can highly recommend Apex Pest control.

Discovered wasps had taken up residence in a bird house. Hadn't noticed it was there for quite some time due to it being behind an orange blossom bush. Immediately called Apex pest control ( Tony) as concerned my budding 6 year old footballer grandson would score a goal and smash open the nest and my inquisitive and love to catch bees cockerpoo would get stung .
Would Highly recommend Apex pest control.
(Tony ) was very prompt polite and professional and within minutes had dealt with the nest .
This is the second time this year I've had to call Apex and i wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Shop around first before using these rip-off merchants. Personally I wouldnt use them again. I was charged £330 for one standard bed bug treatment! I needed another treatment and found someone who did the same job for £75! It says expect the controller to spend at least 30 mins in each room, he spent 30 mins doing the whole apartment. Be warned YOU have to ask them for the total price inc v.a.t. they only like to quote the exc v.a.t price as it sounds cheaper.

Absolutely fantastic service! Tom came out on the day I enquired and was very professional & knowledgable which put my mind at rest. He explained everything throughly and offered advice.

I used Apex pest control to clear my property from wasps. I called and spoke to Tony who give me advice over the phone which reasured me.

Then Apex came out the same day to inspect and treat the wasp nest. He came back the next day and checked the wasp nest was dead.

I've nothing but praise for apex pest control. They gave excellent service, very professional and he know his stuff with pest control.
