Great company. Tim was great. Regardless we had a very small order, we were treated as though we were a large customer. And Tim spent the time to discuss our requirements, such that the right product to fit our needs were met and which exceeded our expectations. And then I pushed for a rush order after taking my time to decide, and Tim made it happen! :) 😀 Again, we are small customer, but treated as though we were big client. Kudos and thank you. Despite our change of mind during decision making. Tim said no worries, and pivoted to our changing requests.

This company was amazing, offered alternatives when my purchase was unavailable, prompt emails. I could actually speak with May in dispatch all questions answered and my delivery was on doorstep within 2 days of order.

The best purchasing experience ever. Christina from the sales team was very polite, helpful and extremely patient with my never ending questions. I bought the American Oak timber tabletop. The delivery lead time was 1-2 weeks but I received it in few days. The price was also very competitive and the tabletop is so beautiful. I am a very happy customer. Thank you Apex!

Really impressed with the quality and service

We operate a small business and have been massively impacted by the coronavirus. Apex has really helped us out by offering to provide us with free storage until we are able to re-open. You know a company is well run when they go out of their way to provide such outstanding customer service. I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I just hand to let everyone know this company is one of the good ones. We hit a wall and truly we would be in a much more precarious situation if it weren’t for their understanding and help. We are really grateful and would recommend Apex to everyone.

Very happy with my order from Apex. Awesome customer service from Ainona. Ordered an out of stock item on Tuesday, was contacted with an alternative on Wednesday, and had my bar stools by Friday morning. Can't recommend these guys highly enough and will be a returning customer.

Recently purchased our dining chairs from Apex. Was reluctant after reading some bad reviews BUT was blown away by the level of customer service received. The postage was super fast and chairs were well packaged. We did have a couple of quality issues but the issues were rectified immediately. Overall, it was a satisfying transaction and we are wrapt with our new chairs. Will purchase from them again.
