I ordered a Xiaomi Band 3
I ordered a Xiaomi Band 3. The tracker was faulty when I received it. There was also no customary plastic film on the screen which I think means is that it was previously opened/used by someone. So Delenordic probably had not properly checked it before shipping.
Tried to contact through facebook, email and website but havent received any response.
UPDATE: Changed the review from 1 start to 4 start. The store contacted me during the weekend and arranged for return and refund of the product.

Mad Catz mouse service
One of the pads on the bottom of my Mad Catz mouse is loose so I contacted Dele Nordic (where I also originally purchased the mouse).
Shpetim from their Customer Support team has helped my with the issue, by contacting the manufacturer and ordering a new pad for me to replace the loose one.
Very kind via email, and very quick as well. Easy 10/10 for me.
