Customer Service was excellent
Customer Service was excellent. Mark, my customer service representative, was very nice and kind. He had a great personality which means so much working with the public on the phone. The couple of times that Mark had to call me back, he told me about what time he would call me and that's when he called me and I liked that. My overall experience was really good!
