This was my first experience of investing in property in a transaction that was complex and fast paced. Support from Catherine on the bridging loan was exceptional. She talked me through the process, was always available to answer questions on email and in person and was extremely supportive. Thank you very much!

My experience with Apex was great, normally you expect an issue during the process, but they were great, and I ended up getting my property quickly, which allowed me to secure it at a discount. We’ve just completed a fairly complex case with Apex Bridging, and I wanted to highlight the support we received — particularly from Catherine.

Sarah has been amazing!! Her patience and professionalism is second to none. I experienced delay after delay from the seller during the course of trying to obtain the loan to buy a property to refurbish. She kept things moving forward and managed to get the loan/survey extended. It was a massive relief to finally get over the finish line!! Thank you very much!

My business partner and I were in need of quick, borrowed funds for a project that had come up and fortunately, due to the value of the deal, we were able to obtain 100% LTV on the purchase price. This helped us massively, as we appreciated that this level of funding very rarely happens, however Apex were amazing with the process from start to finish with great communication in between from Nioni.

I have been working with Apex for a few years now and I have always had quick responses and a good relationship with the underwriters and office team.

We used this company recently for a complex purchase, which was a potentially difficult experience. Apexbridging could not have done anymore to ensure that was not the case. Sarah and her team are, quite simply, first class, supportive, friendly with incredibly clear communications. At no point were we ever left in any doubt as to what was needed by us.

Great experience, Sarah Barker who acts as the Senior Underwriter provided great experience and a clear line of communication. Despite the challenges we faced in the process we overcame each hurdle swiftly.

Will most certainly use them again in the very near future once i have serviced this loan.

Client approached me for help with an auction purchase after being messed around by another broker for 5 weeks. With 1 week remaining before notice was served and the client not having finance in place, I spoke with Louise (who was very helpful) and the ball was rolling. I was then introduced to Sarah who was underwriting my case and she was fantastic. I had Sarah's direct line and she would ALWAYS take my call whenever I needed - the support was amazing. Application submitted and through to completion within 2 weeks, it was concluded by the solicitors 30 mins before the final deadline. There are many bridging lenders who say they're quick and promise the world, but these guys are the real deal and will always find a solution to any hiccups that arise. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex to anyone.
