Apex has been very efficient with spending parcels to Zambia. Yahya has offered some great customer service everytime I have used APEX for my shipments. The shipment arrives on time and it's great when you can send personal items and not get stopped for duty. The time frame is great in which the parcels arrive in Zambia. Worth the price too. My go to place!

Yahyaa was very friendly and very helpful Apex always has given me a great service. Yahyaa packed everything for me and did a great job was very helpful.

I have been using their Mailbox service for a few years and have always received great customer service. From prompt replies to excellent packaging- I would definitely recommend Apex to anyone who requires cargo services.

Honestly? I have never had a problem with this company apart from one time when a shipment was delayed and they didn't really communicate well. But other than that, great customer service, excellent packing, 98% always on time, efficient and consistent.

The customer service i had recieved over the phone as well as in person by Yahyaa was absolutely incredible. I had to ship some personal items to Pakistan and needed them there as soon as possible and Apex cargo delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Apex Cargo for the past two years and they are honestly very polite, keep you well updated regard your parcels. They pack your items well enough and one always recieves them in great condition. They are also receptive to your concerns and deal with them promptly. I definitely recommend them.

I received excellent service from Apex Cargo. My contact was Mary who went above and beyond to help me in a very difficult situation. Not only did she calm me but took control of the situation from organising a courier to collect my box, packaging securely, keeping in touch at all stages and for it arriving at the destination safely within a tight Christmas time frame. My family and I are very grateful to Mary and will definitely use this service again.
