I recently had work to my upper and lower jaws in order to prep for a full mouth of lovely white teeth.

My initial consultation was online and was very straightforward, this was followed up with a really comprehensive treatment plan, costings and details of accommodation whilst in Antalya. I am based in Scotland so needed accomidation specifically for the trip. Accomidation was all inclusive and met all my expectations.

My key contact was Medine who was very friendly, efficient and available throughout all stages of preparation, treatment and recovery.

I had 5 upper extractions and 6 implants in prep for all on 6 on my upper jaw. 3 implants on my lower jaw and a few bone grafts too.
I also had a couple of lower roots that were hidden below the gum line which showed up on the clinics top notch scanning equipment. These were extracted, the procedure carried out without fuss and very efficiently.

The clinic itself is beautiful, comfortable and full of hi tech equipment so rest assured you will be treated very well and with the best of technology.

The whole dental team from coordinator, reception, dental assistants, driver to Dr's/dentists work together beautifully to ensure every care is taken and to ensure comfort at all times. You really are in great hands at all times.

Finally I was fitted with a temporary upper set of teeth whilst my jaw heals, this too was meticulously planned and fettered to ensure comfort.

Transport was very efficient both airport collection to hotel then clinic and back to hotel for each appointment was great - the clinics driver was fab, a delight and very friendly too.

I encountered a small hiccup with being let down by the external transport company back to the airport which was completely out with the clinics control. This was dealt with super fast and ultra efficiently and highlights just how good customer service and focused to clients needs this clinic is.

I'm excited to be in great hands for my return in a few weeks and will update my review after that time.

In summary if you want attention to detail by a great team and to be treated with care then look no further than Apex.

I was apprehensive at first as wasnt sure what to expect but on arrival my mind was at ease straight away. The staff was very friendly and talked me through how my procedure would work. The clinic was very clean which was an important factor for me. The dentist was constantly checking up make sure I wasnt in too much pain or discomfort and there was a colleague on hand to support with any translation needs. I had three crowns fitted and two fillings and every procedure was completed to a high standard. I can't recommend this clinic enough and should I need any major treatment in the future this is the clinic I would choose every time.

I came to Apex after seeing their ad on Facebook and contacting some people that had commented that they had used the service to see what feedback they had. Was all very good and I contacted the clinic and was later booked for a WhatsApp video call with Medine.

She gave me an idea of what they could do for me and the price of the work all of which seemed great.

Medine kept in touch on the run up to my visit (as I came from England), and really relaxed my nerves about the procedure as I’m not a fan of dentists due to previous bad experiences. Medine was fantastic throughout and was my point of contact for the trip.

The clinic is absolutely spotless as I should be and there’s a real feel for hygiene and cleanliness.

The equipment and techniques they have were the same as my experience back home in England and all in top top condition.

The procedure can be a little uncomfortable, but not painful as I was having crowns fitted so bit of prep work to get them ready and the temporary teeth were a little tricky to eat with.

I’m so happy with the final outcome and they are better than the crowns I had previously fitted at a prestigious and very expensive uk dentist. They look so natural and go against the stigma that people have of ‘Turkey teeth.’

I am very happy with my experience at Apex Dental. Called them enquiring about a broken crown and was able to get an appointment within the hour. The Process was professional and fast so I was able to get my new crown fitted the next day. Everyone is so friendly, I just loved the energy. Would highly recommend!

Very professional approach from start to finish. Well looked after with transport provided back and forth from airport to hotel and to clinic as promised. Hotel provided was excellent.
Obviously there was a little discomfort during treatment which is to be expected depending on what your getting done, but very little pain if at all. Everyone was really friendly and considerate, putting you first at all times.
Equipment and dentistry was top class, far superior to in the UK, all materials top range.
Would recommend no problem. Very happy so far with my treatment.
