It has been several months and I still havent received my product. Keep getting the runaround by their customer support. I'm am going to go to my credit card company and dispute the charge so that I get a refund since Apex won't refund me.

I am disappointed in this product. I ordered three pairs some time last year and loved them. This time, the short is overall inferior in quality, fit, and style. The spandex lining isn’t as tight. The cut of the short isn’t as flattering. The zipper and drawstring caps are clearly of a lesser quality. I won’t order again or recommend these. It’s a shame because I recommended the old ones to everyone.

I ordered a pair of shorts almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive them. I wasn’t even receiving any emails regarding my order. Felt like a scam. I finally got an email last Thursday saying my order shipped but the tracking number doesn’t work. This has been a huge disappointment since I needed these a month ago for my son.

Order over 4 months ago. After I asked about my order they said my colors weren’t available. I made selections from the colors they said were available. Then I was told some of those weren’t available. I selected again. Month or 2 goes by, still nothing. At that point I requested a refund, denied. Said my order has been processed. Still haven’t received my shorts. This company is a SCAM!!!! I will be filing a claim with my cc company.

I made my order in March and never received my order. I had to constantly keep asking and sending emails for updates that should have been customer service job to keep me updated. They would say that my purchase was on its way and would give me the run around. Like 3-4 months later they finally let me know that my order was now on back order and that out of the 5 shorts I ordered they could send me only one color and it was not even a color that I ordered. It was my 1st time ordering from you and it was one of the worst experiences.

It has been over 3 months now and I still haven't received 3/4 of my order. Customer service has been terrible and I am essentially out money because this company cannot deliver their product.

Never sent the product, it’s a scam

My husband and I placed an order on March 14th for a total of 8 pairs of shorts. We received 2 pairs with the promise that they would be sending the rest as soon as they made more due to them not anticipating the high amount of orders. We have been patiently waiting. We are now in mid July and still not have heard from the company or received our shorts. I have reached out to the company asking what was going on since there has been no communication on our order status and at this point requesting a refund on the shorts due to this. The company still has not reached back out to us. We have ordered from the company in the past with no issues but this time around has been a very different situation. I would not recommend ordering from the company due to you never getting your products, no communication and at this point probably won’t be getting a refund in the 6 remaining shorts we did not receive. Unfortunate as they were good shorts just terrible customer service.

Never received order that I paid for 5 months ago

Waited for months to be told different stories. After saying the package wasn’t gonna come, was told over and over that I shouldn’t worry it will come. Waiting another almost two mouths and then it become we don’t have the color of shorts so we never sent the others or emailed or anything.
My main problem was zero effort to make things right. Will never buy a product from this company again.
Waiting on my refund now, that seems like it will take some time..

It took almost 8-9 months for me to receive my full order. It kept telling me that my stuff was on back order and when I would inquire about I’d would get the same useless answer every time.

I ordered my shorts March 15th. I requested tracking several times, weeks even months after ordering. Their customer service rep assured me they were on the way. June 20th I finally asked to cancel my order and they refunded me. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

This company is a scam and I wish that I could give them a 0 star review. I ordered two shorts on 4/13/24. Two weeks go by and they still hadn’t shipped so I contacted the company. They told me that the order is still processing and will ship soon. Another two weeks go by without shipping so I reached out again, same answer. I asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t refund orders in processing status.

Finally had enough and filed a complaint with the BBB. Miraculously, Apex emailed me back stating that my order was cancelled and they refunded me in full. I would recommend going that route if you want your money back.

My Oder was split in half. It’s been months now and I still haven’t received the remaining shorts. I’ve emailed several times with nothing more than a response asking me to be patient. The shorts I did get are nice, but the experience overall is disappointing.

It’s been months since my order has been paid for and still has not shown up. Tracking number has been terminated and sent an e mail in asking for a response on the order and have heard nothing back.

Well it took over 4 months to get the 2 last pair of shorts from one order. Still wait for the other 2 pairs of shorts from the other. The other this is that the 4 pairs I received back in January are completely different from the 2 I just received. The texture,design and material are not the same. The phone pocket is in a weird place not compared to the older ones I have. Very disappointed especially when I love the quality of the first 4 pairs

Terrible. Never got product. Scam artists.

I waited for my order for 3 months and when I reached out to the company, a representative stated that the items I purchased was "out of stock".
