Once they have your money they stop responding. If anything is wrong they ignore you. This type of "customer service" is getting far to common and if you can't support your products or respond to people that gave you money don't expect recurring business. I would suggest that even if the prices here look good buy elsewhere.

I tried to return the product I have sent a return letter for a full refund and what they write back is.... Thank you for ordering our product, here is 17% off your next product purchase.... There was no we will send you a return Information pkg. this was for the so called heated gloves that are Not heated and are dollar store quality

Rebranded from Le Spartan but with same poor product. Bought for wearing on my motorcycle, wouldn't trust them to protect me if I tripped in the street!

Total scam !! Stay well clear of this company.

Can't put 0 stars, placed my order on the 17/4/25 never received the pants even though it says they have been delivered, same automatic reply on the 3 emails I've sent to find out where they are and still no further at finding out. They are a scam do not use them!

Absolutely shocking company, after buying a pair of tactical trousers on 14/4/25 which I've never received, they have refused to give me a refund while they apparently look into my order with the delivery company even though the tracking information always showed being prepared for shipment. And now they have ignored my request to make a formal complaint and ignore emails sent to try and find out what's going on, I've now excepted that I've wasted and lost the £34 I paid them as I will never receive my trousers or a refund. So unless you want to be conned and robbed of your money like I have then I would stay away from this company.

Gave them one star as zero was not an option. Trousers arrived and look nothing like the ones advertised. They actually are ok ish quality though but they are made in China not as they claim to be their own product. Emailed them and not prepared to refund as they were heavily discounted. Avoid these as you will not get what you ordered

My credit card retrieved the payment for the pathetic excuse of tactical trousers.
No correspondence from Apexgearpro as they have just melted away into the dark corner they surfaced from.

I have been in touch with Trading standards and passed all my correspondence and information to them to get this sad excuse of a company.

Same experience as most of the rest of the reviewers. Website product sizing does not match product received (seriously small compared to claimed sizes). Product looks nothing like the pictures and the support email just gets returned as undeliverable.
Avoid unless you want to spend your money on a substandard product!

Ordered the set of 2 nano fibre worktrousers that are on offer. When they arrived they are nothing like the picture. Useless for work as no knee pads as pictured, sizing is completely wrong and they are just completely different to what is advertised. Have Emailed company twice now asking for a refund and have been refused on both occasions. Facebook need to stop advertising this site!

This company deliberately misleads customers by advertising one product and then shipping something completely different. It’s not a mistake—it’s an intentional scam to make sales. When confronted, they refuse to take responsibility, offer no corrective action, and flat-out deny refunds. This is blatant fraud. Save yourself the frustration.

These jokers saying no refund on discount items. But they send you totally different design and quality is shit.

Came here to check this site out. Claims 4.7/5.0 Trustpilot review but the link is to its own site. Other reviewer comments about lots of other fake or unrealistic details they have checked

Be very careful. This companies physical UK postcode is the postcode for the British Museum. The street addtess of 123 Tactical Street doesn't exist. The sizes offered are way off what they should be and the website appears to have fake trustpilot reviews.

In addition to this, the company registration number corresponds to a dissolved limited company that used to offer accounting services.

When you click on the link to trustpilot, it doesn't work.

Something smells off. The whole "Alpha male" thing smells of trying to pull you in and make you feel like Bear Grylls for buying their products.
