This course is suitable for anyone responsible for equipment maintenance and inspection. The course materials are sufficient for the intended level; however, it would be even better if video clips were included, especially for demonstrating the use of PAT testing instruments.

In a few areas I needed a little more clarification, and I would have valued opportunities to engage more actively with the content as I progressed. Short self‑test elements or interactive checks would have helped reinforce key points. The final assignment was a useful exercise, though feedback on it would have helped consolidate the learning. Including scenario‑based decision‑making practice and report‑writing exercises would add a strong applied, vocational dimension to the course and make the overall learning experience even richer.”

I had an issue getting my certificate, i spoke with a member of the team Johnny Shaw via chat and he kindly looked in to this and sent over via email.

Absolutely great and easy access to an extremely valuable and informative course. Online and doable on one’s own pace.

Had a minor difficulty in the end regarding the issuing of certificate but discuss with Johnny Shaw who resolved the matter in no time.
