Apex has friendly
Apex has friendly, informed staff who respond to support tickets/chats pretty quickly! I've been using them for 5+ years to host Minecraft servers, and they've never once let me down. It's pretty easy to learn to use ApexMinecraft's server hosting features, and they have a ton of guide videos on hand as well. It's seamless to set up a server and have some fun with friends! <3 I cannot recommend Apex's service enough.

10/10 would not recommend
10/10 would not recommend. server 6gb lightly modded. slow, terrible connection. tried to get a refund for 7 days (the refund period) and they message me back and demanded a response within 2 hours left in the day to get the refund processed. Horrible experience, save yourself the time and go somewhere else

False Advertising for Farming Sim 25
False Advertising for Farming Sim 25
On their official website it states "Full FTP File Access" for specifically FS25 but this is wrong and there is no FTP access for FS25.
FTB mod upload is the only reason we bought a server from Apex to save hours of time and headache when uploading 500-600 mods.

Apex brought my world back!
This morning I was trying to edit my world on the server site, due to my error I ended up deleting my world I'd been working on. Countless hours spend making my favorite world to date and I've been playing for over 10 years.. after logging in to find I had deleted everything I was devastated. I reached out to Apex's customer service and they not only responded within 10 minutes on a Saturday morning, they had my entire world recovered within an hour. they we're prompt, very professional and I will recommend their server to all of my minecraft friends.

The best service I have ever used
Been using them for around 5/6 years now, i have never had any issue with them. Their support staff have responded so quickly. I was only able to choose 2 US locations now instead of the the Dallas Location, but its still fine. Marco Padilla is super quick with his responses.

I had some issues with a prehistoric…
I had some issues with a prehistoric server and had an entity in game that appeared to be crashing the game. I chatted with AI for a moment but, once I got a real person for assistance it was smooth sailing. Zachary K from Apex assisted smoothly was able to point out what was wrong. Absolutely horrible experience with…
Absolutely horrible experience with this hosting company, never seen such low awareness and 0 caring about their users. Tried to change servers multiple times because of connection issues on their end with plausible evidence, just to be turned down and said it was fine the TPS ingame, when i clearly specified it wasn't and showing sparks profiler with clear ping issues of everyone playing. After this, they changed the server 3 times to the SAME exact place without warning and finally, after the 4th complain, specifically choosing Europe servers as preferred, got moved to Singapore... HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?! I wish i could take away stars, such a bad experience, if you can even call it one... Taking a shit to the face has probably a better feeling than the extremely infuriating replies their support team send back...
