Simple stress free experience
I was on the look out for a new PC, I had a budget and minimum spec in mind.
After spending days on Google searching, and visiting various websites, I stumbled across the Apex website by accident.
So firstly, the website, a nice simple layout of a number of products with sensible budget increases, made it very easy to work out what you could buy for the money you had to spend.
After picking, the actual purchase process was mega simple to complete.
I purchased a "built to order" machine and paid a extra for a little upgrade.
Apex contacted me, confirmed my order and gave me an expected dispatch and delivery date.
They kept me updated all through the process with emails both from them and the courier company.
I don't often bother writing reviews for companies, because companies seem to want a 5 star review for a 3 star service, but both the company and the product in this case deserve 5 stars, a fantastic company, a fantastic product and a superb price. Very much ecommended.

Great person great pc you’ll not beat the price and service you get anywhere! Replies almost instantly to any questions you have and is really truthful about what pc will be best for you. Definitely be going back to Scott to upgrade in the future!

Absolutely great service. Posted on a facebook group that I was after a new PC, Scott got in touch and gave me a quote for everything I was after that not only beat the site I was currently using but was cheaper then I had found on PC Parts Picker. We agreed a price and Scott had it ready in a couple of days. It looks great and works perfectly. Couldn’t be happier

An amazing business. Tried to buy a PC from Scott that I didn’t know someone was already collecting. He offered to make another Pc within my budget. Just received it today and it’s amazing! Much better than I thought it would be considering the budget I had.
Kept me up to date with the delivery and offered to answer any questions I had. Couldn’t ask for a better service

This machine is bloody brilliant
This machine is bloody brilliant, mate! It's way better than anything you can buy in a shop, and it's cheaper too. And the service was top-notch. I told the bloke what I needed and he sorted me out with the perfect machine. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, which was sound.
And get this, he even delivered it to my house for free and plugged it in for me! Top bloke.
I'll definitely be going back to him for anything else I need in the future.
