A dedicated website, a modded server with active admins and very quick replies to any tickets you create for help.
All is great UNTIL you want to un-subscribe from them.

I, like everyone else paid for my monthly subscription via the "SHOP" app (Shop.com) cause thats the only way I've found to pay for the packages on APG's servers.
So I've found something I disagree with what they are doing and want to cancel, However. I found a bit of a loop trying to do so, You cant cancel via Shop as they tell you to log onto APG's site, I cant cancel on APG's site as they tell you to cancel via the link on the order that was made on the Shop site/app...There is no way of doing so on the APG site apart from it states that to cancel you need to email them, HOWEVER. then on the other page on the APG site they state that the EXACT email IS NOT MONITORED!. which I find pretty disgusting and not very convincing, and there is no way to cancel on the shop so you're stuck in a loop and to make matters worse the APG
I've had to delete my card details from Shop and ask to delete the account as there is NO other way of cancelling from this site, I will report them to shop for this....
