For background, I own a digital marketing since 2010, we're about 50 people and I have offices in Europe and South East Asia.

I have tried to hire myself, I have tried job boards, Linkedin, head hunters, etc. None of those can compare to this. It's cheaper, the talents are better and there are more of them.
