Apex Trader Funding Reviews 

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They encourage traders to buy multiple account bundles, but when it’s time for a payout, accounts get frozen for “verification.” Even after completing the verification process and submitting everything requested, my account was closed without any clear explanation or evidence. If you’re considering this prop firm, be very cautious. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.Don’t use it

Payouts take forever. Like 2 weeks. Topstep pays next day. Apex needs to learn from the best.

Very few issues, but when there is one they are on it quickly. Best customer service in all the prop firms I’ve tried. It’s a main reason I stick with them even when others might have better deals.

I have always respected every rule required by Apex Trader Funding. I followed the payout process exactly as instructed, met all the consistency requirements, and expected the company to show the same level of commitment regarding its payment deadlines.

Unfortunately, the promised payout timeframe has not been respected. As professional traders, we organize our financial commitments based on the timelines provided by the company. When those deadlines are not met, it creates unnecessary uncertainty and frustration, especially for those who depend on this income.

I understand that operational delays can happen, but clear communication and honoring the announced payment schedule are just as important as requiring traders to strictly follow every rule. Respect should work both ways.

I am not questioning the legitimacy of Apex Trader Funding, nor am I saying the company will not pay. My concern is simply the failure to meet the payout timeframe that was communicated. As traders, we are expected to comply with every requirement without exception, and I believe the company should be held to the same standard regarding its commitments.

For reference, my funded account is PA-APEX-190656-26. I sincerely hope the Apex support team reviews my case and processes the payment as soon as possible. I also hope the company improves its adherence to the payment timelines communicated to its traders.

Após entrar em contato com o suporte da Apex, eu esperava uma explicação clara sobre o atraso. Em vez disso, recebi respostas genéricas que não responderam à minha pergunta.

Minha pergunta era simples: se o prazo normal para enviar os fundos para a Plane é de 3 a 4 dias úteis, por que o meu pagamento ainda não havia sido enviado após esse período?

Em vez de fornecer uma resposta concreta, o suporte repetiu diversas vezes que esse prazo "não é garantido" e que eu deveria continuar aguardando. Além disso, eles admitiram que não têm visibilidade sobre o processo de pagamento e que sequer conseguem confirmar se os meus fundos já foram enviados para a Plane.

É exatamente isso que me preocupa. Se o próprio suporte não consegue fornecer informações reais sobre o status de um pagamento, nós, traders, ficamos com mais dúvidas do que respostas.

Como traders, somos obrigados a seguir rigorosamente todas as regras e prazos impostos pela Apex. Acredito que seja justo esperar que a Apex também cumpra os prazos que comunica aos seus clientes e, quando houver atrasos, forneça informações transparentes e objetivas.

Não estou pedindo nenhum tratamento especial. Estou apenas pedindo responsabilidade, transparência e uma explicação clara. Infelizmente, o suporte que recebi não foi capaz de oferecer nenhuma dessas coisas.

Very restrictive approach

Takes a while to get a payout. The whole process for me took about 2 weeks because of the requested video that I thought they did away with, but the videos were approved and then it took another week for the money to hit my bank. But Apex is legit, they will pay out if you follow the rules. My only complaint is how long it takes to receive the payout, and customer service is sometimes slow

Your company has more rules and regulations that won't allow people to withdraw. Your platform is not stable all the time. I made money on the platform. I tried to withdraw some of it, and now you're saying the money that I made was not legal under your apex rules and regulations.

I think your company is bogus. Every month, you guys get that $33 or $55, whatever, for me getting a new prop firm. Every time I win a PA, it's always some rule or regulation that causes me never to be able to withdraw any of those funds (even though you've taken funds every time I've blown an account or got a PA), and then your rules and regulations cause something.

As no withdrawals had been approved for our first four accounts and we had received no response whatsoever from customer support, we made a second attempt. After four weeks, the withdrawal was approved.
(Perhaps because I had left a one-star review and Apex wanted information from us as a result).
We’ve now been waiting two and a half weeks for the withdrawal link from Plane. Apex’s customer service had asked us to get in touch again if we encountered any problems. We did just that. We haven’t heard anything from customer service for a week and a half now as to why it isn’t working again. I don’t know whether we’re just unlucky or whether they simply don’t want to pay out the money. This is more than frustrating and, quite frankly,
doesn’t give the impression of a reputable company at all, and I can’t explain it given the many positive reviews.

The new rules are outstanding, and the EOD programs are a true game changer. They provide traders with greater flexibility, a clearer path to success, and a much more sustainable way to manage risk. Apex Trader Funding continues to listen to its trading community and improve its programs in meaningful ways. These changes make Apex an even stronger choice for traders who are serious about building consistency and working toward payouts.
