An absolutely unprofessional and frustrating experience with Apex and i would never recommend them to anyone. If i could give 0 stars i would. I started with Apex in December of 2025. I purchased 20 accounts on a sale and got them to the funded stage and managed to achieve 6 payouts with them. Up to that point customer service/support was great and i had no issues getting payouts. Then one day everything took a full 180. I was asked to submit "video verification" of my trades about a week before they moved to their new account plans and trading models and support system that no longer would require these verifications. I however took it in stride and provided them with these videos on the 3rd of April. I was told it would take about a week to review these videos and would be updated after. One week goes by, then 2, then 3 and a month and i can see that nobody has accessed the video files. I was told by apex that they would be reviewed and would be contacted if there were any issues but i was blocked from purchasing any new evaluation accounts. More weeks go by and every ticket i submitted in the new system to ask for an update would get read and then immediately closed. I tried for over 3 months to just get in contact with someone to work through any potential issues and received silence. I finally was able to submit a ticket just vaguely saying i had an issue and would like to walk through it with someone from support and for the first time i got a response. They asked for specifics about the situation and when i very politely provided them, the support agent read it and immediately closed the ticket again. It seems like they are deliberately going out of their way to ignore me and not help me. I am absolutely disgusted by the experience and the behavior of their support team. I can only think it is because i was a profitable trader and they just didnt want to give me any more payouts. That is their choice but at least provide a statement or feedback that i am not able to purchase any new accounts moving forward or something instead of this absolutely terrible experience. Apex has gone extremely downhill since they "updated" to this new support system and plan type.
Nothing went wrong cause I haven't tried but if this is the true apex trader funding then you must extend your reach to Nigeria you're not good until your competitive see you soon you get your 4.5 star
I had a very positive experience with Apex. The rules were clearly explained. No hidden rules. The payout process was smooth, and customer service was very responsive. My experience has been very good so far.

So far there ist nothing negative to state about APEX.
I have been trading with APEX for 2 Years now an i finally managed to request my first Payout todax, which got approved within minutes fast.
So far i did not recieve any notice from plane, so there´s nothing i can say concerning the international payout execution.
If the payout process will run smoothly i would totally recommend APEX do to ist competitive account models an its pricing.

I genuinely like the service they provide, and would normally get a five-star but when I went to change my bank information for a payout their service desk is ran by AI and any question you ask it doesn't produce any answers so I couldn't change my account information or contact them directly, though I presume they will continually work on improving that problem not sure why they rolled it out when it can't even give you a suggestion. Edit, I misunderstood how to use their service desk, has a troubleshooting section above where you put in your problem, that wasn't on my screen, but it seemed that any question I asked the troubleshooting section would not bring up any answers no matter how you worded it. But I was now able to file a complaint to support so I can resolve the problem now.
