I've been fortunate to find collections that improve my albums. I primarily buy collections as I feel it's cost effective over trying to buy single stamps. Eventually I'll have to change but it sure is satisfying now.

The collection was dirty
The collection was dirty, all of the books were dirty,
the stamps were not clean and stuck together in
some cases. I expected a lot more value for approx.
a 4,000.00 dollar collection no matter what was paid!
This is the last collection that I will purchase from
this company.

I would have hoped, after 12 years of doing business together, and tens of thousands of dollars spent with us, that you would have notified me that you were not happy with the lot. We would have gladly taken the lot back for a full refund or made an adjustment on the price to satisfy your displeasure. I'm sorry you did not give us that chance.
