Good experience, I ll send more cards
Hello. I just received the card and I am very happy with that company. The note is 7,5 that I think is correct for a panini that are mostly badly centered and I totally agree in not having a 10 :) a grading company have to be fair... They have always answered my mails and sent a confirmation when received. It tooks a little more than what they told 26 labored days instead of 20 but for that pack I was not at a week more. Very terrible Company
It has been a very bad experience. Very unserious company, they take a long time to answer, they damage your letters and they do not respond to any message after sending them messages, they take longer than promised in their grades. What I say is a disappointment of a company that is already supposedly above many other companies and the truth is that I do not believe the same thing. And I begin to tell my story.
First I send messages about my order because it takes longer than usual and they respond to me after more than 1 week that they are not an instant chat service and to my surprise they only respond after I have written a negative review. Why is it?
Well forgetting this, they take 1 more month to grade the cards apart from telling me that the additional paypal payment had not been made and that it had been made 1 week before. A disastrous control of what should be done well.
And to my surprise when I return the letters, I find two letters poorly sealed in the casing, and I notice that they have damaged two of the most expensive letters I had and on top of that I write to them for 1 week and a half with photos included and they do not respond to any message neither in the mail nor on instagram nor on facebook.
Thank you for damaging my cards and especially the ones I liked the most. I do not recommend that anyone grade with this company. They are for me, the worst in Europe by far.
Ap Grading lost my cards due to DHL…
Ap Grading lost my cards due to DHL shipping. (not their fault) After trying to contact them for about 2 weeks i could finally fill in a form with the value of the cards to sent to DHL to review and get my value of the cards that are lost.After serveral months i still have no update on the form i sent them.They said that it would take about 2 weeks for DHL to look into it. 5 months later and i haven't heard from them since, i've send countless emails but no response.
Unprofessional company
The text is wrong on the slabs I recieved. The cards are not holo but the slab says they are. I've asked for a refund or an other good solution. They want to fix this for me, but only when I send more cards first to grade, this smells almost like blackmail. They also promised me a AP stand when I placed the order, it never recieved. They say it is out of stock... Also I saw a few months ago when all this happened they had 25% dicount, there Facebook page said that. So next day I made a selection of cards I wanted to send to them, and I whas ready to place the order, at that point they said there whas no discount anymore, it whas used already by other people...
