Top Tube Bag and customer service

I can wholeheartedly recommend Apidura! Their Top Tube Bag (model x Canyon) is exceptionally well designed, durable, and highly practical - perfect for long rides and demanding use. 💪🏻

What truly deserves special praise, however, is their customer service. After an accident, when I needed replacement mounting bolts, the company responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Without unnecessary hassle, I received the parts I needed, which shows that Apidura truly looks after its customers even long after the purchase.

Excellent product quality combined with outstanding customer support makes Apidura a brand you can trust. 🚴‍♂️

ApiDura's first-class repair

ApiDura reunited my bike with its full frame bag - now they're "api" once more. My bike (Cannondale BadBoy1 belt drive large) is such an perfect fit for the 14L ApiDura bag; when the top drive side zip broke, my bike sighed with sadness. As did I. We sighed for but a short time, as AD happily took the bag back (my cost), repaired for free and sent it back (their cost) to me. The 3L reservoir is a stunningly good addition to this bag. It's rare I run out of water. AD: thank you so much for your products and after care.

Saved my Bikepacking Trip!!

I had an amazing customer service experience with Tom from Apidura. I had ordered a frame pack in the wrong size and had to re-order the right one in time for my planned bikepacking trip. It was very tight but Tom was super helpful and it worked out perfectly, just in time to start the tour. Thanks a lot, this is what great customer service looks like!

Awesome Customer Support - Tom

I own an Expedition saddle pack and frame pack. I am new to bikepacking and couldn’t locate the compression air release valve on the saddle pack so I sent an email to customer support. My question was answered quickly and with a friendly tone. The team even included a picture to clearly show the placement of the compression air release valve—super helpful and appreciated!

Outstanding Customer Service

I own 7 Apidura bickepacking bags (all expedition series) and are super happy with all of them. After over 4 years and many rides, a weld split on the zipper of one bag - certainly due to me packing the bag too full and forcing the zipper shut repeatedly.
I sent the bag in for repair and just received my bag back and in perfect condition. I sent a second bag in, where I had cut the mounting straps too short - also repaired and as good as new.
No charge, no discussions who caused which problem or warranty limits.
So I am not only happy with the products themselves, I also got to experience this outstanding customer service. Thanks to the competent and friendly team at Apidura, I look forward to many more rides.
I can only recommend this brand to anybody in the market for bikepacking equipment and will stay a lifelong customer.

Absolutely great products

Absolutely great products - can't stop buying more! The customer service is brilliant too; recently the customer experience of so many other companies seems to have dramatically declined, it is wonderfully refreshing to interact with a company that has fantastic customer service!

Would buy more stuff from them but there is no more space on my bike!

Great service

During our cycling holiday we enjoyed the convenience of the Apidura Saddlebag.

As one buckle was broken, I asked Apidura for a solution and immediately got a possitive response, followed by several status messages and the free delivery of 2 replacement buckles.

Thank you very much Apidura.

Amazing after-sales service

The products are really great: nice look, well designed and robust. And the after-sales service is amazing: I bought a second-hand bag (not on their website, altough I just saw they sell second-hands products too) and it arrived with a missing part. I sent an email to their support and they sent me the spare part free of charge some days after. Thank you for your work!

Outstanding after-sales service way, way beyond expectations

I have seven Apidura bags in total but I had small problems with three of them. They were outside warranty but I contacted the lovely people at Apidura anyway who asked me to send them back so they could repair them free-of-charge. As they said, with a small fix, 'there's still years of use' from the bags. Long story short, Apidura themselves weren't fully happy with the repairs so sent me a voucher to replace all three bags. This was a level of after-sales service that went way beyond my expectations. Outstanding! They now have a customer for life and I will certainly be recommending them to others who are in the market for bikepacking bags.

EXCEPTION AFER SALES SERVICE

I want to share my experience because I believe it’s very meaningful. Apidura has an excellent customer service and repair department. On top of that, they went above and beyond by supporting me after my bag was lost during shipping — something they weren’t obligated to do, as it was clearly not their responsibility. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Tom, for the constant support. The least I can do is spread the word to everyone I know about the reliability and professionalism of the Apidura brand. Thank you so much!

The zip broke on my top tube bag

The zip broke on my top tube bag. Apidura have a video of how to repair the zip but it wasn't successful and the zip kept popping open.
I went onto the Apidura website and ended up chatting to Tom. He was very helpful and told they Apidura do a free repair, even after my bodge up. All I had to do was send the bag to Apidura.
Two and a bit weeks later, I used the chat again to check if my bag would be returned in time foir an upcoming trip at Easter.
Again, Tom was very helpful and initially said that he would courrier my bag to me. He then emailed and to say the bag wasn't repaired and wouldn't be in time for my trip, so gave me a code to get a brand new bag.
Apidura, you are a credit to customer service, thank you!

Great packages

I have equipped my entire bike with Apidura packs for a three-month cycling trip in Southeast Asia. The packs are very functional and completely waterproof.

I had some issues during the trip and the after-sales service was very responsive. A big thank you to Tom who handled my entire case. I highly recommend this brand 200%

Amazing bags and customer service

I'm the owner of different apidura products.

They have seen a fair amount of usage over the years. Today I contacted apidura support for a small problem. They were super helpful and quickly offered solutions.

Given the experience, I felt cheeky and mentioned some other problems with some older bags (bought in 2019). They were quickly able to solve my issue(sending some parts in the post) and even better they found my receipt so I could raise a warranty claimed. In term of support experience, I've been blown away.

Forgot to mention but their bags are also really good.

Great free repair service

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. My saddle bag connector had been damaged. Spoke with the team at Apidura and they offered to either send me a new strap or if I was not a confident at sowing then they could repair for me.

I took the offer of sending to them. They turned it around in less than 5 days. They also patched up some holes I had managed to make in the bag through my own fault.

All of the above for free. Just an amazing service, great communication throughout.

Would throughly recommend these people. The product/s are great and the post sales service is top notch.
