I hired Apisco through Upwork for brand and marketing services. Over the course of 9 months, I paid $12,777.84 with the expectation of receiving clear deliverables. What I received instead was delay after delay, vague communication, and incomplete or poorly executed work.

Despite repeated requests for clarification, timelines, and proof of progress, the team failed to deliver anything close to the scope agreed upon. When I finally attempted to dispute the charges, they avoided direct communication and refused to take accountability.

If you are a small business looking for a reliable and transparent marketing agency, I strongly recommend avoiding Apisco. You may end up paying premium prices for promises that never materialize.
