Non existant customer service.

They make a great product but customer service is non existent now. The messed up on the shipping of my last purchase but that was not a deal breaker for me. What is a deal breaker is I special ordered bags over a month ago and have no idea when I will receive them. They no longer have a phone number. I have texted 3 times and sent 4 emails but no response. Never Again. Not making purchases any longer from companies that don't even try to resolve a problem.

Apolis Global has been fantastic

Apolis Global have been so lovely to deal with. A scammer got hold of my credit card details and ordered $7000 worth of goods from 11 online stores in the USA ( I am in Australia), including Apolis Global.
I emailed all the stores to advise that the orders were fraudulently purchased and the staff at Apolis Global attended to the problem immediately.
They have advised they have refunded the money today.
It is obviously a very genuine and trustworthy business.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this business having had such a positive experience out of what was a disaster!

I ordered a bag and sent the correct…

I ordered a bag and sent the correct spelling to be put on the bag. The bag came and the name was misspelled. I have tried to email and text and receive one response that I would be contacted. It has now been a week and I have not received a reply.

Does anyone know how to get a response…

Does anyone know how to get a response from Apolis??

I've tried to text them, email them and use their online contact form and I cannot get a response regarding an order that I placed 3 weeks and still hasn't shipped, despite their site saying that custom products will be shipped within 3 days. I simply cannot get in contact with them.
