Apollo Associates is a face-to-face sales and marketing company working with some of the UK's biggest household brands. Our field teams meet customers in person, explain the products and services available to them, and help them make a decision that's right for their home. We keep it simple: clear information and honest answers. Our associates take the time to understand what each customer needs, answer their questions properly and make sure they know exactly what they're agreeing to before going ahead. They're professional, well presented and proud to represent the brands we work with. Every associate completes full training before working in the field and is coached daily by experienced team leaders. Training covers product knowledge, compliance and how to communicate clearly and respectfully with every customer. People who perform well progress through a structured path, from Trainee to Senior Associate, with clear criteria at each stage so everyone knows what's expected. Apollo is growing rapidly, with new teams and locations planned across the UK. Every new team is trained, coached and held to the same standards and the same way of working.
