Mikell was great. From my first enquiry on Facebook, to arrangement to view and purchase the Apple ipad mini latest model, and to an after sales enquiry, Mikell was great. We met at a coffee place in Table View, a very good meeting point. Mikell showed me how to work a few things (I was not aware of some of the finer points of some Mini upgrades. This really helped me when I synced my current data and set up the new pad. When I discovered that my current charging cable did not work, Mikell trouble shooted immediately, and the Universal Plug solved my issue! Yesterday, when I asked where the SIM tray was, I was told the phone had esim properties. All was explained in the accompanying leaflet, but I never got the impression that I was silly for asking techno questions (not really part of the job, I think.) A point of sale machine was brought along, and a receipt (emailed) was waiting for me when I got home. This was a POSITIVE experience all round, and I can't recommend this company highly enough. My cell phone needs upgrading soon, and I was given some excellent recommendations last week. For a man who goes out of his way in a positive and friendly manner, this company deserves to do well. Thank you very much.
