I currently own three Apollo scooters flagship models to more mid range options and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Apollo just gets it. The quality is solid, the designs are smart, and their customer service has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything.

What I really appreciate is how they cater to all kinds of riders. Whether you’re commuting daily or just want something powerful and fun to rip around on, they’ve got you covered. It’s rare to find a company that balances performance, reliability, and support this well.

I’ve recommended Apollo to friends without hesitation, and I’d do it again. When you’re spending real money on something like this, you want to feel confident and with Apollo, I do.

I’ve had lots of great experiences with the Apollo support team. They were very speedy, helpful and friendly. Sonny has taken my tickets a few times and they are absolutely amazing

Wonderful experience talking to an ApolloScooter employee, they didn't make it difficult and went straight to the point.

I bought an Apollo City from a reseller in Australia. A great, robust and quality feeling product that suited me perfectly. But when it died on me 6-7 months into ownership, and I found the reseller had collapsed, I thought my chances of a warranty claim were slim.

That's where the great team at Apollo swung into action to make sure I wasn't left in the lurch. Even from the other side of the globe the team took me through trouble shooting, identified the fault, supplied a replacement part and a video of how to install it (much better than sending the whole scooter around the world!)

Sure, this review started with a fault - a fault which I'm sure is relatively rare - but I know as a customer I value a team that looks after their customers after the sale. Where the only outcome for them was more cost and hassle, Apollo made sure I was looked after.

100% would recommend.

I just bought my apollo city , its my first ever scooter. Its really good and the specs compliment it .

The quality of the products is what makes it a 5 star for me.

Bought my second phantom had a v2 now 2.0 !!! New 2.0 is solid everything is smooth!! on roads, smooth on hard packed gravel trails , acceleration smooth and comfortable deck space !! running 7 acceleration/ regen its perfect enough power and stopping power riding sport mode 55 km/h don’t even need go 70km/h ludo !! Comfort mode is perfect coasting 35km/h cruise control save more on battery uses 9% go 10 km sport uses 15% more or less on flat some small hills !! All arround balanced !! Lights are super bright makes turn head at intersection clearly visible to vehicles !! Commuting to work coming home at midnight no worries turn signal bright, headlight is good enough for trails at night in comfort mode !!! At 200km already everything still tight solid even getting on uneven sidewalks is a little ruff hard hitting nothing loose yet !! So far worth the money !! Will see long term ……

I cannot say enough good things about Apollo support. From the very beginning they have been responsive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping me get my scooter back in perfect working order. Every step of the troubleshooting process was explained clearly and they always replied quickly with detailed instructions while remaining patient the entire way through.

What impressed me most was how thorough they were. Instead of offering generic advice they carefully reviewed the photos and videos I sent, provided precise next steps, and followed up to make sure everything was resolved. That level of care shows they truly stand behind both their product and their customers.

In a time where support often feels rushed or impersonal Apollo sets the standard high. Their team turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Because of them I am back to enjoying my scooter and I have even more confidence in the brand.

I highly recommend Apollo not only for their scooters but also for the excellent support that comes with them.

Apollo Phantom 2.0 Stellar is a huge leap forward for all e-scooters.

The power, range, comfort and controllability are all simply levels above everything that has come before.

I highly recommend!

The Bad:
My Phantom Stellar is unfortunately a lemon. Issues with connectivity on the right brake. The unit is not reaching rated power levels. And at speeds above about 40km/hr, it has a terrible oscillation causing vibration making it very difficult to control. Exacerbating all of this is that I'm getting the run around with service. Keep having to start new conversations with support staff. Staff are closing my tickets without completing service. They all have acknowledged that the unit is malfunctioning, but none seem keen on providing a solution. I've asked for a replacement unit and my request has been ignored. Not denied mind you. Simply not replied to. On average I've been waiting 3 to 5 days between replies to e-mails. Lastly, the company promised an additional year of warranty on pre-orders, but I only got one. Confusingly, when I asked about this, they said that they indeed offer the additional year, but then wanted me to prove it back to them by sending any materials to them that proved they offered the second year so that they could then, in turn, prove it to their own warranty department.

The Good:
The unit looks amazing. Lights are fantastic. Battery life is wild. I have about 5 times the range of my previous scooter.

The scooters have potential it just feels like with the high end scooters they take two steps forward and one step back

Excellent scooters and great customer support. When I messaged customer support it took a day or two for them to get back, but they acted on everything that needed to be done with that one message back. Highly recommend their electric scooters.

I just got the Apollo Go and I am very happy with my purchase. Acceleration is pretty amazing. Easy to operate. There is a deceleration button that saves my brake. It’s light enough for me to pick up and load in my SUV and up the steps into my home (3). The only negative feedback I have is that the shipping for parts is excessive. My rubber strap disappeared and I do not think it came off on its own. I tried to purchase from the Apollo site and it costs 20 but shipping also 20 and just ridiculous. Got a similar item from Amazon costing 6 with free shipping.

Apollo Phantom 2.0 Stellar it has exceeded all my expectations and is a Joy to ride I so happy that I opted too preorder it. Looks and feels fabulous.

The thing they don’t tell you is the ride quality on this beast is amazing the steering dampener is a game changer and I whichewiche Tia was optional on all there top end scooters maybe in the future who knows.

One of the reason I chose Apollo was reading Chris, one of the co-founders, on Reddit giving his assurance—it made me feel taken care of and appreciated even before I became a customer. I made multiple changes to my order, and they accommodated each one seamlessly. It arrived just 2 days after ordering, and my first 18.5 km ride blew me away. Great performance at an unbeatable price—definitely a lifetime customer here!

I ordered this scooter after much research, and still I was thoroughly impressed with it. The power, the comfort, the build comfort. This scooter is a perfectly balanced blend of commuter and adventure seeker. I love it so much and can’t recommend it enough. I contacted support about a shipping question and later about a squeaking noise my scooter was making (which was normal and went away in a couple days) and both times they reached out very quickly with helpful and accurate information. If you’re on the fence about ordering this scooter, I hope my review will persuade you to pull the trigger!

Best scooter I have ever owned. The ride is so smooth. The controls feel great - I love the throttle-like break on the left handle - bar. Feels super responsive. Very fast. Good acceleration. Climbs hills without even slowing down. I had no issues setting up the app.

The parts I required were not available in my country, however the Apollo staff were able to confirm availability in my country and create my order for my, within minutes my parts were ordered and on their way. Thank you!
