There is no substantive customer service response.
Question Values reduce with progress [ads state they will increase with invitations] [documentation states value may decrease because of participation].
Question value reductions disincentivize continued participation by increasing time to reach the withdrawal balance.
Quitting or abandoning your participation means you've completely forfeited your virtual balance.
Apollo is not responding to Trustpilot or BBB complaints.
I’ve been in ULTRAVIP since April 2026. I’ve kept daily records since June after noticing substantial reductions to the daily “income.” I’m experiencing similar things: no substantive customer service responses. My current virtual balance is 22,011, and the questions have grown longer, with values reduced to delay withdrawal. Without further reductions or the site's disappearance, I expect to reach withdrawal in April 2027. However, given its trend of reductions:
Reached 12,500 in 38 days.
13k) 1065.00 took 5 days. Averaging 177.50 daily add
14k) 1089.66 took 6 days. Averaging 181.61 daily add
15k) 1011.18 took 5 days. Averaging 202.23 daily add
16k) 1069.64 took 9 days. Averaging 118.85 daily add
17k) 1076.17 took 11 days. Averaging 97.83 daily add
18k) 1155.49 took 13 days. Averaging 88.88 daily add

Expectations moving forward:
22k – 24k) 3,195 will take 90 days. If the average is 35.50
25k – 27k) 3,195 will take 125 days. If the average is 25.50
28k -30k) 2,130 will take 167 days. If the average is 12.75
From 22k – 30k withdrawal = 382 daily participations, or October 16, 2027.
I hope you've thought this through before you decide to do this.
