The medication broke me out pretty bad :/

I didn't like how small the tretinoin pump was. It's hard to get the product out. The directions say 1/2 pump should cover my face but it does not.

So far, each step has been user friendly to retrieve the product. Now we will see how the products goes. Stay tune.

Took over a week to arrive. Only received the products yesterday, too early for a 1 week review

I’m technically on day 5 of my medication. I only use 1/2 dose of my spiro tablet & every other night for the cream. Once I kick up to full strength, I’m hoping for some progress. My hormonal cyclejust ended & my face has cleared up some so I’ll see how it works during my next hormonal cycle.

Received diagnostic and treatment pretty quick.

I was prescribed medication in Oct. Came with 90 pills per bottle, clearly marked 3 refills. After 1 refill, they said I did not get anymore. I sent pictures and asked questions. Initial response was nonsense trying to find their mistake. When I replied and write how that initial rely was incorrect, I just got a rude reply back. They are not helpful if youbhave questions or concerns about your medication. Be leery!

Great and accesible option for dermatologist care. I recommend their service 10/10. I got my meds and topial treatment in a week at a very reasonable price.

BUYER BEWARE. ITS A SCAM!!! After you make a one time purchase, they give you a subscription. Then they keep sending you products, even though you didn’t order them. They keep charging your account and they will not refund your money.!!!! They said it’s their policy you have to cancel with a certain amount of time. However you are not notified until right before the shipment. Since you didn’t order it, you have no idea that they are sending the product.

Easy and quick. Way better than going to the dermatologist in person. My dermatologist that I had a video call with was amazing and thorough! I have already seen results in the products I was prescribed and they came quickly!

It’s only been the first week but I loved the process from start to now. My dermatologist was responsive and recommended me ingredients that work well around my existing skincare products. I’m hopeful to see what progress awaits me!
