A scammy approach to customers
This is a a scammey web app attempt at SAAS.
* It is an appliance more than an application, they don't invest in new features or functions and it's a one-and-done simple appliance application deployed by some
* There is no support or instructions on how to use the application and they point-blank refuse to engage with customers.
* they use a 3rd party collections agent to manage all billing and collections who also doesn't engage with customers either.
* They offer no means to discontinue the service and once you sign up you won't hear from them again until you see the renewal charge come out of your account.
* There is no customer engagement or dispute process.
* their GTM strategy appears to be charge a small amount and hope the customer forgets they signed up. After using this for 12 months I unsubscribed but they didnt respond and charged the 2nd year anyway.
I highly recommend DO NOT sign up to this app. Theres far better out there so dont waste your money.
