very bad customer service. app is buggy and the customer service does not help. they suggest a "solution" that costs you credits, but then refuse to refund them eventhough they said they would. so, i would not sign up again. now that i have paid for this, i will at least use it this month and see what i can get out of it, but i would never again use this app again

Useless. Hire a real spokesperson/actor. They charge premium price for something that is terrible quality. They will not allow you to unsubscribe unless you give them a reason that is a minimum number of characters - an illegal practice.

I strongly advise against using Creatify.ai. They have repeatedly charged my account without authorization and refused to issue a refund, despite not using their service. Their support is unhelpful and hides behind a strict "no refund policy", even when the charges are clearly unjustified.
After noticing unauthorized deductions, I contacted them, only to be met with delays, excuses, and an unwillingness to resolve the issue. They continue to charge customers even after cancellations, making it nearly impossible to stop payments.
I have filed an official complaint with Swiss authorities regarding their fraudulent practices. This company takes your money, offers a subpar service based on stolen technology, and refuses to assist customers.
