Getblend pays their translators 1% of…

Getblend, PAY THEIR TRANSLATORS 1% of what they charge to customers, we are fed up and tired of the scam and deliver no quality at all. That´s the plain truth, ask me, I will give you proof. The new CEO is drowning this jewish company on purpose, he just wants to make as much as possible, while cheating their clients. His name is YOAV ZIV.

By the way, TRUSTPILOT is deleting negative reviews from this company with no apparent reason, maybe you are not so trustworthy? Do I need to complain somewhere elese?

It's keeps worse & worst.

They used to be a good translation platform to work with, but since 2020 they have been getting worse in many aspects.
* Now they even get DELAYED PAYMENTS for more than a week!! This is after the system forces translators to wait until the 15 or 30 of each month to avoid their internal fees. So it's UNACCEPTABLE!!
* Another BAD point is they're populated all projects with MTPE filled with crappy TM, so rather than less work for translators is *DOUBLE WORK FOR HALF PAYMENT* with they charge the customers the same as a normal human translation, so they earn double. TOTALLY UNETHICAL!!
* And the worse of all is that the forum they have is infested with translators' rants, complains & cries for help about these issues, but *NOBODY ON STAFF CARES*, they're care more about banning users that say these things than on fixing the problems, and it seems support job isn't to fix things but just reply with polite crap.
No wonder they were banned on Proz.

Unethical practices against translators

Pros

It was one of the best companies for freelances, a few years ago.

Cons

- They do not pay editors, but they encourage them to find all possible errors in a translation to take money away from the translator.

- The editing process is offensive and aimed in reducing earning for translators, because a greedy editor can simply replace a perfectly good term with a synonym, add or remove a comma, fix nonexistent errors to take money from the translator's pool. So if an editor changes even a small detail of a long translated sentence, they will be paid for the whole sentence while the payment of the original translator will be reduced. So, after working on a project for a week, maybe day and night, having done your best to deliver a perfect translation, you might end up working for free!

- NO dispute system implemented (You may see your money back after several months or maybe not).

- Banned from Proz because of their conduct.

----------------------------------------------------------------
I have a simple question for the CEO, the Project Managers and for anyone who has implemented and endorsed the horrible and outrageous "New Editing System": Do you also work for free or risk your LEGITIMATE earnings being STOLEN by others?

Signed by a 5/5 internal rating translator.
