Your lead gorilla doesnt come out clear.tutorials jems along the way. Writing on rutorial not that clear and visible. Difficult to set api key. Please I know you capable to correct.

When a company prentends to sell at a…

When a company pretends to sell at a discount, access to data that will make a difference with AI and at such a cheap initial price. RED FLAG. Before I bought anything, I tried to ask a few questions to their support service: NO REPLY, Poor customer care service . No communication a total deception. Glad I didn't go ahead. Do not part with your money. When I read the other comments who receive emails for upsells it is obvious that this fraud is using automated AI to push for sells and no humans customer care to at least reply, answer questions or solve issues.

STAY AWAY! Product worked less than half of the times

Product worked less than half of the time. Sluggish as hell when it did! A lot back and forth with the support didnt solve any of the problems. Received a lot of hype with features that didnt work, also they pushed daily 2 emails for new features and pushed you to give more money for something. STAY AWAY!!! There are better lead gen products out there! the last straw for me was when they charged me without sending me an upcoming invoice.

Never received the login details

I buy yesterday them, after Watching multiple ads on social media, they claim 23000 members are never wrong, I never get my login details, write emails to support no response, write message on facebook but understand no response. I think I have lost the money under the biggest scam

Leads Gorilla is Frustrating. Took my, Money No Service

It has been a nightmare dealing with these guys. I paid for my subscription and did not get my login details. I have projects that are waiting to launch and it is costing me thousands a day that my campaigns are not active. Their customer care is non existent.
They have a great selling funnel to get you to buy into the system but terrible customer care. I have yet to access my profile and use the product I paid for.

Very disappointed and frustrated!

Very disappointed and frustrated so far! I paid for the pro version and even bought the extra bonuses. I followed the API key video, and it's not working. I reviewed the PDF and noticed it had more APIs to add than what they walked through in the video. I added the additional API and created a new API key, and still nothing! I've emailed. I've sent feedback on the website, including a video, but nothing. The disrespectful part is that while no one has responded to my email, they keep sending me email marketing trying to upsell and get me to purchase more products from them. Why would I buy more when my initial product isn't working?! I even got an email today asking how the service is going so far and if I have any complaints! Infuriating, to say the least!

I love Leadsgorilla App, easy to use, tons of leads, free prospect reports, DFY mails and keep counting… If you are on the fence to get it… Just do it!

Ignore the negative reviews.

I nearly didn't buy this software due to the negative reviews / claims it was a scam. But after watching multiple youtube videos and a lot of pondering, I eventually added my paypal details and signed up. (Thought being that I could always claim the money back from Paypal if it was a scam).

It turns out it wasn't a scam and it does do what the website says it does. I've only just started using it, but it does seem to be a very useful tool if you offer a service that at all targets small / local businesses.

Update 1: There are some small bugs, but for the price of the software that is to be expected.

(I will be the first to come back and update if my experiences change... but so far so good :)

Scam software

They have extremely poor customer care service . No communication and total deception.Email setting is not possible with private business email and on top of it I have been billed twice on something they said it's one time payment ,sadly they're not responding to my complains .

Zero support, no communication, private Facebook group a joke

After purchasing LG that was the last I'd hear from them. Zero support. The private FB group is not moderated & you can't get answers from them there. The program has glitches which are not addressed. They do paid FB & Google ads to get more signups but they don't care about their customers. It's a money grab! Do not buy this program!

Go with competitors

Can't use product, something is broken and I'm not able to add my API (it was all ok few moths ago, so I know I'm doing everything good on my end) contacted support and it was worst support which I've experienced in 30+ years, I'm sad that I can't give less stars. Totally ignored my question and just wasted my time.

No support - Klunky system - SEARCH does NOT WORK

I was told that if I signed up for the pro plan I'd get super customer service and unlimited leads. Well, I don't get more than 60 leads per search, and if I don't refresh the page when I change cities, it will just keep doing your new search in the same city.

The search function doesn't work when you're inside a lead list. So if you load a lead list onto a broadcast dialer and someone answers, you can't use the search function to locate the lead with all the specs on that prospect, which is an absolute suck. As in, ruin your day level suck.

I've sent them, oh I don't know, 6 tickets requesting assistance and clarification. I get no response other than one request to send a video.. which is not what i call customer service nor would sending them a video have achieved a damn thing.

The system is not very well laid out and is klunky.

But you know what i do get? Up-sell emails. "Pay us more money!" emails. I get at least 2 of those a day. But in terms of taking care of my issues or someone reaching out who actually gives a damn, nada.

Seriously what's the point of a search bar inside your lead list if you can't input a name or number that will actually locate the lead that you know for a fact is in that list? I've paid for the quarter, so I'll get what use I can, but seriously, I'm so incredibly disappointed and will be looking for alternatives. I'm just seething over the lack of something as basic as the ability to recall a lead through a search. I have to sit there and scroll through a calling list of 300+ names to locate a client when they call in because their stupid search bar doesn't work. So much hype behind this product and all the reports and all that extra crap, but you can't do something as simple as locate a lead. I'm seething. I warned them if they didn't help me out and start acting with some professionalism I'd ding them. Well that was a week ago. They get the ding.
