Social media services like TikTok followers are meant to help boost visibility, but they are not guaranteed to be permanent. Platforms like TikTok regularly remove followers due to their own algorithm checks and clean-ups, which is something no provider can fully control.

That being said, we still took your concern seriously and processed a full refund for your order as a gesture of goodwill. The refund has already been completed on our end and should reflect in your bank within the provided timeframe.

We checked your orders and saw that the first few were automatically canceled and refunded due to a temporary delivery disruption. This can sometimes happen when TikTok performs system checks that interrupt the delivery process.

Some of your later orders were delivered, but like with any social media service, platforms such as TikTok regularly run algorithm scans that may remove or adjust followers and other engagements. Because of this, services in the SMM market are not considered permanent.
