Scammy

There are deceptive practices to get people to sign up and pay exorbitant fees. Then a card never arrives, and if you inquire, you're told to wait until "next week." Customer service seems happy to lie on behalf of the company.

After paying fees to start the process

After paying fees to start the process. you find out there's other fees including an activation fee to even use the card after you receive it. The time they claim it will take to send the card out if false. It will take much longer, for some months longer. In addition, I requested a refund and being told to be patient, and the card will be shipped. I requested several times for a refund, and it was completed disregarded. If could post the conversation with customer service on here I would. The economy is sketchy right now and some trying to find ways to make things work. But I'm telling you this is not the way you want to go. I ignored all the other reviews thinking my experience would be different. SUPRISE, IT WASNT!

100% scam

100% scam. Called when they first “opened” 9am eastern time. No reps available and tried numerous times. Finally got a rep ant 1:15pm and he tried transferring me to credit cpr to “activate” the card. I asked to refund the fees I paid and cancel the card or I’d contact the cfb and the Maine attorney generals office. 5 minutes later I got my refund and email for the application cancellation.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars, 1 star is too much if you ask me. They are the absolute worst. Waited 2 months to receive card and you have to call to activate the card and no one is ever available in the activation department. I spent $95 for this crap. DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS CARD!

Glad I went on here and read the reviews was going to sign up but now nope, it’s definitely a scam just like those scam operations in India that you would see on YouTube and what really told it off was those ”fees” to get your application approved and activate your card $195 sounds like those scam emails that tell you your computer has a virus and call this number then you hear an Indian guy voice on the other end, I’m being for real even watch the YouTube videos where a hacker catches them live.💯

you might as well just get a secured card with a credit card company , you have to pay 100 bucks for the little activation and whatever else it was , they tell you the card should only take up to 14 business days I didn’t get mine for 3 months. Then you have to call to activate the card I’ve been calling for 3 days now , no answering keeps saying no representative available that they are busy to leave your information I’ve done that atleast 20 times each day no call back no anything the hours for them are 9am-9-pm seems I little ridiculous for me to not have received a call back yet.

Don’t even want to give them 1 star!!!

Don’t even want to give them 1 star!!!! Biggest bunch of liars and scammers I have ever come across. Every situation listed in other reviews mirrors mine. Paid the $35.00 fee in early May then they took $60.00 more to activate. May 19 I get an email my card was shipped and would arrive May 26-29. June 1, no card. Sent emails, was told they didn’t know when it was mailed (lie) and it was out of their hands as the postal service was responsible. But don’t worry, it’s on its way! Day after day, I received nothing. More emails, more lies!! Finally, June 13 my card arrives. Have spent the last 3 days trying to get it activated!!!!! Can’t ever get through!! Biggest scam ever!!! DO NOT APPLY; RUN, DON’T WALK, AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Credit Card Scam

Having reviewed this information I'm calling for a class action lawsuit against TAB Bank, the company allegedly partnering with Directcard Reserve.

I applied for the Reserve Credit…

I applied for the Reserve Credit Card(Direct card) in May 2026 and received an email, and they promised in the email I received that they would provide the card between May 26th and May 29th. I sent an email threatening to send a complaint to NCDOJ, and I just miraculously received my card today, and now I can't activate it. I called the number on the card, and the lines are busy, or no one can answer your calls. They want you to leave your name, email address, and phone number, and someone will call you back. Now I am reading the MANY complaints that there is no $300 credit limit on the card, and you have to sign up for credit repair and pay a $195.00 enrollment fee in order to access the "elusive" $300.00 credit limit. I am cancelling my card and requesting refunds for fees. I have formally filed a complaint with NCDOJ and USCFPB (US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) about this company. This was advertised on Facebook and TikTok, and I will also file complaints with those companies. It is a SCAM!!!
