Don’t even want to give them 1 star!!!

Don’t even want to give them 1 star!!!! Biggest bunch of liars and scammers I have ever come across. Every situation listed in other reviews mirrors mine. Paid the $35.00 fee in early May then they took $60.00 more to activate. May 19 I get an email my card was shipped and would arrive May 26-29. June 1, no card. Sent emails, was told they didn’t know when it was mailed (lie) and it was out of their hands as the postal service was responsible. But don’t worry, it’s on its way! Day after day, I received nothing. More emails, more lies!! Finally, June 13 my card arrives. Have spent the last 3 days trying to get it activated!!!!! Can’t ever get through!! Biggest scam ever!!! DO NOT APPLY; RUN, DON’T WALK, AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Credit Card Scam

Having reviewed this information I'm calling for a class action lawsuit against TAB Bank, the company allegedly partnering with Directcard Reserve.

I applied for the Reserve Credit…

I applied for the Reserve Credit Card(Direct card) in May 2026 and received an email, and they promised in the email I received that they would provide the card between May 26th and May 29th. I sent an email threatening to send a complaint to NCDOJ, and I just miraculously received my card today, and now I can't activate it. I called the number on the card, and the lines are busy, or no one can answer your calls. They want you to leave your name, email address, and phone number, and someone will call you back. Now I am reading the MANY complaints that there is no $300 credit limit on the card, and you have to sign up for credit repair and pay a $195.00 enrollment fee in order to access the "elusive" $300.00 credit limit. I am cancelling my card and requesting refunds for fees. I have formally filed a complaint with NCDOJ and USCFPB (US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) about this company. This was advertised on Facebook and TikTok, and I will also file complaints with those companies. It is a SCAM!!!

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. They charged me $35 fee and an additional $60 fee once my application was approved. They promised there wouldn’t be any additional charges. I had to wait a minimum of 3 months to receive my card with no support help whatsoever.

Once I finally got the card and activated it, I was alerted to call them to activate it & it took me 3 hours to get someone on the line after calling a bunch of times.

After I finally got someone on the line, I was told they wouldn’t activate my card unless I signed up for a credit repair service which cost me additional $119 and then they hit me with an unexpected $75 annual fee.

Considering that I only got approved for a $300 credit limit, how are they actually helping me?

This place is a total scam. Do not sign up for this card. It’s set up to take you money.

I would give less than 1 star if…

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Card is junk. I was approved and asked to pay $35 fee, which I did. After paying that fee I was asked to immediately pay another $60 fee from a separate account. So I am now $95 in and just received the card after waiting weeks. Went through the activation process and asked to call and speak with someone over the phone to activate. I have called over 130 times and unable to get someone on the phone to activate. I pressed another number and was able to talk to a person. He said that he didn't do activations and gave me another number to call. I've called this number 28 times and no way to get a person on the phone.
This card is junk and will never help anyone repair credit if they are just stealing money from people and not providing the service.
I am making a report with the BBB and requesting a full refund of $95!!
If you are struggling with credit or finances this card will only make it worse. Better to save your money and pay for a secured card with a good company like credit one, discover, or any others available.

Do not apply for this card

Do not apply for this card. Ok I understand if your credit is not perfect and fees have to be paid upfront. But when I finally got my card which was 2 months later and tried to activate it I had to pay a $195 credit monitoring program fee in order to activate it. It is a total scam. Do not apply for this card.

I am putting yet another review up here…

I am putting yet another review up here because I finally got the useless piece of plastic after a month and a half. You go onto the portal to activate it, and they say you need to call their 800 number to activate it. I had to dial about 100 times before anyone answered. What this is is a scam to try and collect another $195 from you for some bullshit credit credit repair. This is not a credit card. There is no $300 limit. These are scam artists. These are thieves. I have reported them to the BBB Scam alert and am reporting them to the FTC, and hopefully somehow we can get together for a class action lawsuit. These people need to be found and brought to justice. They have a big target on their backs and rightfully so. As if there was ever a worse time in recent memory to screw with people's money........they are going to come across the wrong people with their scam and they are rightfully going to pay for it. Parasite cockroaches.

so here's the play

so here's the play- they approve you for $300 you pay $95 to have it sent, when you get the card to activate you pay an additional $195 for some bogus credit repair charge. so that's $290 , you're using your own money like a secure card. real scammy

Surprise hidden fees I have yet to receive a card that I've been waiting on since May 19th I received an email on May 19th stating that I would be receiving my card between May 27th and May 29th I contacted customer service when those dates expired support told me that rest assured I would receive my card the first week of June we are now into the second week of June and I have yet to receive a card when I log into the account it's states that my card is only approved it has not even been created shipped nothing it's probably the worst decision I've made on opening a credit card to try to build credit I do not recommend using the reserve card

People be scamming

Ordered this card like a month ago, finally came in today. I paid all the fees when I got approved for the card. Card comes in, I activate it, or try to activate it via the website then it says I gotta call this BS number to activate it. No one will take the call at all.

I paid the $95 fee then I waited a couple weeks and didn't get the card so I emailed them about it and I also looked on trust pilot and seen where people were in the same situation as me paid the $95 fee and then never receive their card at that point I emailed them and demanded either tracking information for the card or some sort of update or refund of my $95 after a few emails and them not being able to provide any sort of update at all that the card even exist or got shipped or even made they eventually gave in and canceled the card and are supposed to be refunding my $95 so I'll be monitoring my bank to see if I get my 95 bucks back in the next 10 days if not I'll be disputing it with my bank and all regulatory entities including my lawyers. Idk if this is a legit card or not but I would avoid it at this point.
