app.textguard.ai is a scam and a rip-off. After getting misled by their claims that their tools are capable of regenrating AI text into human text that is undetectable by AI, I bought their 2 week subscription.

Once I had purchased the subscription, I found out that the maximum word limit was 5000 words, which renews every 2 weeks until you cancel their subscription. They never revealed their word count until I had paid for it. It came as a complete surprise for me.

As I needed more wordcount to complete my task, I purchse their 50,000 word aditional pack (that was naive of me as I trusted this company, as they claimed to have a money back policy).
I thought I should give them a fair chance.

I used their service trying a few tools and all of them were a bunch of junk-crap.

I asked for a refund, as I had not even touched their 50,000 word pack. In fact, a few thousand words from my weekly 5000 word pack are still intact.

They flatly refused to give me a refund. I requested for a refund for the 50,000 word pack (as I had not touched it and they flatly refused). They said, It's your fault that you purchased the subscription.

Avoid this company at all costs if you want to save your hard earned money. It is way better to write and edit on your own.

I purchased a subscription to this service based on the information presented on their website, including a claimed Trustpilot rating of around 4.5. However, after purchasing, I checked Trustpilot directly and found the actual rating to be significantly lower (around 3.2 at the time).

This discrepancy is concerning, as it creates a misleading impression of the service before purchase.

Additionally, the subscription terms were not clearly communicated. In particular, the limitation of 5000 words per week was not made obvious prior to payment, which significantly affects the value of the plan.

To their credit, support did respond and confirmed cancellation of future payments, but based on the above issues, I would advise others to review independent sources carefully before purchasing.

Overall, my experience highlights concerns about transparency in both advertised ratings and subscription details.

Worst service out there took my money but did not provide the service advertised asked for refund withing minutes and they refused to give me back money !!!stay away from them!!
